Good reputation of the company and attractive company culture drive me to choose Akzo Nobel.I feel that the pace of work of Akzo Nobel is so fit my pace of life, which means I can take a better balance of my work and my life. Friendly working environment attracts me as this enables me to learn more from my workmates and leaders and makes me feel relax, just like in a family. Clearly work target greatly improves my efficiency. In a word, Akzo Nobelcan give me a great chance to realize self-fulfillment, a great chance to find tomorrow's answer today.

where you took a different approach or had a different opinion from others. Please share how this contributed to the team’s

success.

The first interview I did after I became a member of the editorial office is a team task. My teammates all greed to interview someone from the School Student Union, as we had only came to school for one month and most people we were familiar with and easyto connectwere those of the school student union. However, I thought it not a good choice. First, it would probably be similar with other teams even that the interviewee would be the same. Second, students might be quite familiar with these people, and then our news was not news. Thus, I persuaded them to interview the team leader of SIFE JNU. Students were not so familiar with him and his team as SIFE was quite new for fresh and the recruiting was going on. To “sell” my idea better, I analyzed the situation for them and took the job of making an appointment with the interviewee. Finally, our interview became the best one in topic and interviewee selecting.

I like travelling and always act as a leader for our family journey or journey with friends. This April, I went to Wuhan with two of my friends for cherry blossoms. As a team leader, I first checked up with their free time for travelling and their expectations and budget for this journey. Then, I made a rough plan with what the transportation we may took, what kinds of inn we would choose, which view spots we might go and the day of departure and coming back. After that, I gave out tasks to everyone (including myself) for detailed searching in certain point and set a deadline. As we usually travel together, we were familiar with our own scale and did a great job
