基于单点多盒检测器的全局-局部层级的域适应目标检测

为了提高域迁移时模型的目标检测性能,通过两个层级来解决域迁移问题,包括全局层级迁移和局部层级迁移。
这两种层级迁移分别对应不同的特征对齐方式,即全局层级采用选择性对齐方式,局部层级采用完全对齐方式。
所提域迁移框架基于单点多盒检测器(SSD )模型,在全局和局部层级分别配置相应的域适配器以减少域间差异,通过对抗网络算法实现具体训练,再通过一致性正则化来进一步提高模型的域迁移性能。
通过大量实验验证了提出的域迁移模型的有效性,结果表明同目前常见的域适应-快速区域卷积(DA -FRCNN )模型、对抗识别域适应(ADDA )模型以及动态对抗适应网络(DAAN )模型等三种域迁移模型相比,该模型在不同数据集上的均值平均精度(mAP )可以提高5%~10%。
关键词:目标检测;域适配器;域迁移;对抗训练;特征对齐;卷积层;损失函数;单点多盒检测器中图分类号:TP391.9文献标志码:AGlobal -local domain adaptive object detection based on single shot multibox detectorJIANG Ning 1,2,FANG Jinglong 1*,YANG Qing 3(1.School of Computer Science and Technology ,Hangzhou Dianzi University ,Hangzhou Zhejiang 310018,China ;2.School of Information and Intelligent Engineering ,Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology ,Ningbo Zhejiang 315110,China ;3.School of Computer Engineering ,Nanjing Institute of Technology ,Nanjing Jiangsu 211167,China )Abstract:In the field of object detection ,it is hoped that the model trained in the domain with a lot of labels can beapplied to other domains without labels ,but different domain distributions are always different to each other ,such difference will result in a sharp decline of model performance in domain transfer.To improve the model performance of object detection in domain transfer ,the domain transfer was addressed on two levels ,including the global -level transfer and the local -level transfer ,which were corresponding to different feature alignment methods ,that is ,the global -level adopted selective alignment and the local -level adopted full alignment.The proposed domain transfer framework was constructed based on Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD )model and was disposed of two domain adaptors corresponding to global and local level respectively for the purpose of alleviating the domain difference.The specific training was implemented by the adversarial network algorithm ,and the consistency regularization was used to further improve the domain transfer performance of the model.The effectiveness of the proposed domain transfer model was verified by many experiments.Experimental results show that on various datasets ,the proposed model outperforms the existing common domain transfer models such as Domain Adaptation -Faster Region -based Convolutional Neural Network (DA -FRCNN ),Adversarial Discriminative Domain Adaptation (ADDA ),Dynamic Adversarial Adaptation Network (DAAN )by 5%-10%in term of mean Average Precision (mAP ).Key words:object detection;domain adaptor;domain transfer;adversarial training;feature alignment;convolutionlayer;loss function;Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD)0引言目标检测是机器学习中一个热点问题,它包括对图像进行分类和定位两种检测。

Abstract:In new fields,there is often the problem of insufficient samples or labels. For this problem,domain adaptation(DA)has been proposed,which uses the knowledge of the related domain (source domain)to improve the learning performance of the current domain(target domain). The knowledge of a single source domain is often insufficient and multiple source domains with identical cat原 egories are difficult to satisfy,and there is a shift problem between domains. However,the existing multi-source TL model is hard to solve the problem of sharing inconsistent categories,which brings a great challenge for multi-source TL. Aiming at this problem,an adaptive transfer for model parameter method has been proposed,which can learn the private and public model parameter dictionary in each source domain. The model parameter dictionary learned in the source domains are used as the target ones,and then the model pa原 rameter of source domains and target domain are selected adaptively by the row sparse constraint of the dictionary coefficients. In addi原 tion,the method can also be directly used for TL of privacy protection due to the fact that the knowledge is transferred just via the mod原 el parameters rather than data itself. After a series of experiments,the experiments on the relevant datasets show the significant effec原 tiveness of the proposed method in clustering performance.

相比于弱监督和零样本方法,开放词汇方法被证明更加通用和有效。
文章研究的目标是改进面向开放词汇分割的轻量化模型SAN,即引入基于多尺度通道注意力的特征融合机制AFF来改进该模型,并改进原始SAN结构中的双分支特征融合方法。
然后在多个语义分割基准上评估了该改进算法,结果显示在几乎不改变参数量的情况下,模型表现有所提升。
这一改进方案有助于简化未来开放词汇语义分割的研究。

Compared with the weakly supervised and zero sample method, the open vocabulary method is proved to be more versatile and effective. The goal of this study is to improve the lightweight model SAN for open vocabularysegmentation, which introduces a feature fusion mechanism AFF based on multi scale channel attention to improve the model, and improve the dual branch feature fusion method in the original SAN structure. Then, the improved algorithm is evaluated based on multiple semantic segmentation benchmarks, and the results show that the model performance has certain improvement with almost no change in the number of parameters. The unfolded protein response (UPR) induced by endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress is one of the most important mechanisms regulating cellular adaptation to an adverse microenvironment. 然而,传统的深度学习故障诊断方法都基于训练数据与测试数据来自相同的概率分布这一假设。
在实际工业应用中,设备工作在复杂多变的工况下,难以保证训练数据与测试数据属于相同分布。
当训练数据与测试数据属于不同工况时,训练后的模型在测试集中的准确率会明显下降。
为了解决这个问 题,提出了一种改进的深度迁移学习算法—联合领域自适应算法。
通过最小化源域和目标域的边缘分布差异与条件边缘分布差异,联合领域自适应算法可以获得更强的知识迁移能力。
将联合领域自适应算法与卷积神经网络(CNN)结合,提出了一种端到端的多工况故障诊断模型。
最后,使用西储大学(Case Western Reserve University)的滚动轴承故障数据集进行实验。
实验结果显示模型在多工况故障诊断中的表现优于传统的深度学习、数据驱动与迁移学习算法。

Multi-scale Feature Fusion Deep Learning-based Building Extraction MethodLIU Hengheng 1,ZHANG Chunsen 1,GE Yingwei 1,SHI Shu 1(1.College of Geomatics,Xi'an University of Science and Technology,Xi'an 710054,China)Abstract:We proposed a building extraction method based on multi-scale feature fusion.Based on the UNet model,we jumped layers in parallel with the dense cavity space pyramid pooling layer and used 1×1convolution to reduce feature mapdimension.We proposed a new network Den-seASPP-UNet to achieve multi-scale imagefeature fusion and extracted buildings with high precision.We verified it with the Inriaopen source building aerial image data set.The experiment result shows that DenseASPP-UNetgreatly improves building extraction accuracy compared with other deep learning methods.Key words:deep learning,building extraction,multi-scale feature fusion,dense cavity space pyramid pooling基于深度学习不仅能实现建筑物的精提取,而且通过卷积神经网络提取影像特征避免了人为手动设计特征的繁琐,极大的节省了人力,并且相对于人工提取效率有着极大的提升[1]。

从早期的诗与画的比较到文学和影视的比较,对两种媒介语言的对比莫不是为了寻找出各自的特点,以期充分发挥艺术语言的功能。
本文首先讨论了历史上文字与图像比较的背景,解释了文学语言和图像语言在符号学意义上的差别及各自在形象塑造上的特点。
在本质上文学语言的能指与所指是分离的,而图像语言的能指和所指则合二为一。
与抽象化的文学语言符号相比,图像语言更直接地表达了“世界”与“情感”,从而在艺术表现中实现了对客观事物和事件的影像还原。
另一方面,图像语言的直观性使它在表达与接受上减少了由于文化差异所导致的语言障碍的问题。
论文着重比较了文学语言和影视语言在表现手法上的差异:包括各自不同的空间、时间表述,表达特性及在心理探索方面的不同尝试和彼此独特的修辞手段。
因为电影是对客观事物的直接影像模拟,而文字需要人的联想和想象来完成艺术世界的创造,两种语言的形象塑造有不同的性质:图像语言是具体而单义的,而文学语言则是抽象而多义的。
文学语言在表达时间方面比图像语言更加丰富,而图像语言在重现空间方面则独具特色。
在具体的两种语言修辞方面,论文蓑重探讨了文学中的环境描写与电影长镜头的环境表述的关系,文学中的比喻手法和电影蒙太奇的差异,文学细节描写和电影特写的不同表现力,影视主观镜头在表现内心独自上的特点,镜头闪回和文字倒叙的比较以及标点符号和畸变镜头在表现情绪上的区别等问题。
电影通过可见的空间画面和人物外部造型来表现世界,它不可能像语言文字那样无所限制地展示人物丰富复杂的心理活动,但这并不意味着电影不能展示人物复杂的心理活动。

因此,针对潜在MCI老年人群进行早期检测和干预,有望延缓语言认知障碍及老年痴呆的发生。
本文利用患者在语言学表现变化明显的特点,提出了一种基于神经网络的多特征轻度认知障碍检测模型。
在提取自然会话中的语言学特征的基础上,融合LDA模型的T-W矩阵与受试者资料等多特征信息,形成TextCNN网络的输入张量,构建基于语言学特征的神经网络检测模型。
该模型在DementiaBank数据集上达到了0.93的准确率、1.00的灵敏度、0.8的特异度和0.9的精度,有效提高了利用自然会话对老年语言认知障碍检测的准确率。

Therefore, early detec‐tion and treatment for potential elderly can delay the occurrence of dementia. In this study, a neural net‐work-based multi-feature detection model for mild cognitive impairment was proposed, which exploits the characteristics of patients with obvious changes in linguistic performance. The model is based on ex‐tracting the linguistic features in natural speech and integrating the T-W matrix of the LDA model with the subject data and other multi-feature information as the input tensor of the TextCNN network. Such a description language will need to be extensible to cover the evolutions in the media landscape.New types of devices and formats are continually introduced so it is not sufficient to agree on a certain standard to describe content and devices[2].An adaptation engine on the other side, will also have to cope with these changes.Not only does it have to be able to understand new descriptions but it also has to integrate and use new adaptation components that support the new formats and devices.These components Copyright is held by the author/owner(s).WWW2005,May10–14,2005,Chiba,Japan..can be regarded as the building blocks for processing media. Each component performs a basic operation,but by chain-ing them,complex adaptations become possible.Ideally, the functionality of these software components is described using the same description language as the devices and the content.In previous work,we proposed such a description language[4]in OWL using a domain ontology that describes the concepts in the media domain.We also proposed an ar-chitecture for an adaptation engine in[3]that uses this do-main ontology to perform content adaptation.We present in this document the implementation of such an adaptation architecture and evaluate the performance.2.MULTI-STEP MEDIA ADAPTATIONWITH SEMANTICSOur approach is based on a single ontology describing all relevant concepts of the media adaptation domain.This shared vocabulary defines the description language that is used to describe target platforms,media presentations and adaptation components.It may describe for example the ca-pabilities of a PDA,details about a video presentation and an adaptation component transforming the video presenta-tion to a lower resolution.The ontology is implemented using OWL and modelled after elements from both MPEG-21and UAProf.Such a representation in OWL allows us to annotate the target platforms using the CC/PP frame-work,describing the client’s hardware,software and browser capabilities with concepts from the domain ontology.The media presentation description is specified in OWL,but may be integrated with a format like MPEG-7.Finally,the ad-aptation components in our framework are Web Services and hence their functionality can be described(with con-cepts from the domain ontology)using OWL-S in terms of Inputs,Outputs,Preconditions and Results(IOPR).With this approach we also introduce theflexibility and distrib-uted nature of Web Services in our architecture.Next to this description language we have designed an adaptation engine based on a Service Registry,a match-ing process and an adaptation strategy(seefig.1).The purpose of the engine is to transform given content to a desired platform based on their respective descriptions and the available services.The Service Registry,where available services need to register or sign off,is hierarchically struc-tured based on the domain ontology and the services’IOPR descriptions.The registry allows us to increase performance when searching for a specific adaptation service.The adap-tation process is performed in three phases:matching of the platform and content descriptions,composition of the adap-Figure1:An overall view of the design of our adap-tation engine.tation chain and execution of this chain.The(property) matching process of the descriptions is needed to establish the current state of the media content and the goal state (i.e.what the target platform can handle).This process in-volves comparing the concepts that describe the source doc-ument against similar concepts describing the platform(for example a video’s resolution against the resolution of a PDA screen).The result of this process is then used in the ad-aptation strategy that composes the adaptation chain.This strategy is responsible for selecting a chain of services that will generate an optimal result for the given target platform.3.IMPLEMENTATION OF ANADAPTATION ENGINEFor the work on a news distribution system for Belgian broadcaster VRT,we have modelled three target platforms (PDA,PC and TV with set-top box)and several adapta-tion services for video(decode,scale,encode,deinterlace, convert to audio,...).We implemented a system that adapts video material from the broadcaster based on information about the connecting users’platform and the available ser-vices in the network.The adaptation enginefirst compares the platform and content description and generates a current and a goal state as defined in our architecture.The imple-mentation of this property matcher is based on a reasoner that detects possible equivalence or subsumption relations between concepts describing both parties.Based on this re-sult,an adaptation strategy will try to generate the best chain of services to reach the goal state.Searching services for this chain is performed in the Service Registry that pro-vides functionality to quickly retrieve a service based on it’s IOPR-descriptions.If a service has unfulfilled preconditions, for example a scaling service requires the video format to be YUV,the strategy will try tofind an appropriate service that fulfills this request.Each time a service is selected,the current state description is changed by applying the services’results definition to the current state.The algorithm will it-erate over the current state description until it matches the goal state.It is quite possible that multiple services are found to perform a certain adaptation:in this case the algorithm will evaluate the result definitions of each service against the goal state and select the best result.The descrip-tion of this result is done similar to the SWRL-formalism[1] and may specify an Object-or DataProperty value(in case of a DataProperty this may also be a mathematical expres-sion).Below is an Object-and a DataProperty example in a simplified form(subject,property,value):•(#Video,#hasVideoFormat,#MPEG-2)•(#BitRate,#hasBitRateValue,#BitRate/90)Thisfirst implementation successfully adapts video mater-ial for each platform(changing encoding,resolution,fram-erate,...)and is even able to convert the video material to audio or a set of keyframes if bandwidth constraints are too tight.Our engine manages to convert the source document to the client platform’s needs as efficient as possible;i.e. by chaining a minimum amount of adaptation components. This was verified experimentally by comparing the resulting chain to the optimal one–manually created by taking into account all services and their IOPRs–for a large number of different media and platform descriptions.In all cases, both chains were equal.So far,our engine only works in the narrow applicationfield of video.Ongoing work involves in-tegrating a STRIPS-like planning methodology to achieve a more generic adaptation engine which will allow us to gen-erate more complex adaptation plans.The difficulty here lies within the ability to successfully transfer our domain knowledge to a representation used by an available planner.4.CONCLUSIONA domain ontology provides the semantics and theflexi-bility needed to describe the dynamic environment of multi-media presentations,adaptation steps and target platforms.
