在教学的过程中,学生是主体,教师只是起主导作用。
让学生学会并能熟练运用知识是老师的天职。
十多年来,我认真细致地研究教材,研究学生掌握知识的方法。
通过钻研教学大纲和教材,不断探索,尝试各种教学的方法,并采取各种措施以保证学生们牢固掌握教材,并逐步提高他们运用英语的能力,与高考考点接轨。
1、借鉴先进的教学法,尤其是中央教科所推广使用的教学法。
九十年代初,认真研究并参与了中央教科所李蔚教授的“五方四段”整体教学法。
九十年代后期山东泰安市与中央教科所联合推广的《二十四字》外语教学法。
另外还有张思中先生的教学法及钟道隆先生的“英语学习逆向法”等。
根据我所教学生的实际与这些先进理论相结合,我对进行了以"熟读背诵教材,强化阅读能力"的教学实验专题。
对学生来讲,一要让他们夯实课本基础知识,又要提高能力,为高考作好知识和心理方面的准备。
为此,我为学生们印了英语作业活页即英语答题纸(展示材料)。
一方面让学生们把背熟的课文默写在上面,然后又让他们进行纠正错误,同时还让他们练习了自己的字体和书写能力,为高考英语作文能得高分奠定了基础。
这种方法需要的周期较长,但效果也很明显。
我所教的学生在高考中英语作文能得23分以上的有三分之一,得20分以上的有三分之二还要多。

今天,我们学校举行“略读教学”主题研讨开放活动,在这里,首先要感谢区教科中心给了我们一个展示的机会。
同时,我代表学校特别感谢大家不辞辛劳,前来参与这样的交流活动,让我们有机会听到更多的意见,共享更多的智慧。

主题的产生
一个学期前,语文组在期初通过问卷调查的方式集中了解了大家在语文教学中的困惑,我们发现有50%以上的老师都在自己的“教学困惑”填写了“略读课文不知怎么教的问题”。
于是,我们便确定了“略读教学怎么教”作为学期的语文教研主题。
实施的策略
主题确定后,为了使研讨深入有效,我们采用了三结合策略。
1. 借鉴与探究结合。
第一步就是老师们通过图书室、阅览室、网络等平台,查询一切与略读教学有关的文献资料,先吸纳后创新,因为站在巨人的肩膀上才能看得更远,走得更稳。
2. 骨干引领与全面参与结合。
首先就是领导的重视,学校领导进行了略读教学专项工作布置,明确分工。
同时,我们借助专家力量,如李葆春老师、袁俐主任对我校略读教学进行指导,校内研讨时,市级骨干教师、学科带头人何伟华、区学科带头人辛晓明,优秀教师龚腊艳、刘燕等老师始终参与其间,或提出建议,或带头查资料上课,或指导其它新教师进行具体操作。
3. 分散与集中结合。
略读课文从二年级下期起就进入了教材,我们要求以年级组为单位进行分散研讨。
然后在年级组内交流、综述,最后到语文组交流研讨,这样,大大地提高了研讨的效率与质量。
通过一个学期的研究,我们由对略读课文的教学困惑,到有一个模糊认识,到各年级组行成一定见解,到今天呈现展示,我们也对略读教学有了一些思考与认识。
对略读课文教学的思考与认识
一、现在的略读课文教学存在两种现状:精略两难
要么一“略”而过,要么一“精”到底。
这两种现状都导致了整个课堂的效率低下。
二、略读课文教法探索
那么,略读课文教学如何走出这样的两难境地呢?我们想到了因文而异,一课一得。
(一)因文而异,略而不简
1. 因文别类
略读课文的文章体裁、语言风格、结构类型等各具特色,于是,我们把略读课文归为四类:
当然,以上分类并不是唯一的。
同一篇课文,选用课型不同,侧重点也就不同。
如上面分类中带“※”的课文就是这类课文。
像《景阳冈》,它言语精美,可以归到“言语积累型”中,同时部分词句也耐人品读,归入“品读感悟型”也较为合适。
教师完全可根据学生实际或者自己的教学特点选不同的课型。
2.在略读教学中有这样的五个要素:
导。
知。
说。
练。
拓。
不同的课文类型有不同的组接方式,比如:
品读感悟型可以这样进行组接:“连接语”导入——自读感知——感悟交流——再读升华——拓展提升。
如《金钱的魔力》一课,就是此类型。
教师的第一个环节是:整体感知,初步会文。
第一步是复习导入:第七单元里,我们结识了不少作家笔下的人物,有机敏好强的嘎子,吝啬入骨的严监生,泼辣圆滑的王熙凤,以及技艺高超的“刷子李”……这些人物都有自己的特点,作家总是通过动作、神态、语言、心理活动等描写方法,把人物刻画得活灵活现。
这就属于“连接语”导入。
而后面的检查预习——《金钱的魔力》主要写了哪几个人物,根据人物把课文里发生的事情简单说一说,是“自读感知”里的整体感知,“默读课
文,找出描写托德的句子用横线划出,并试着做批注,在句子旁边用一个或者几个词语概括托德的特点”,以及划描写老板的语言,概括老板的特点,是属于“自读感知”,学生同桌交流与全班交流点拨属于“感悟交流”。
“再读升华”则是渗透在点拨交流过程中的,即抓住重点句子的精读。
教学的最后环节,辛老师说:激活阅读期待,简述内容梗概,并留下悬念:贫穷而诚实的主人公得到百万英镑,生活发生了怎样的变化,兄弟俩打赌谁赢了呢?请到《百万英镑》中自己寻找答案!这是促使学生自主阅读的“拓展提升”。
这就是品读感悟型略读教学的基本课型。
又比如读写结合型。
“连接语”导入——自读感知——赏析交流——学生练笔——评价提升。
龚娜燕老师执教的《一夜的工作》就属于这种课型。
导入新课时,龚老师说,课文是通过哪些方面来表现总理的品质呢?又通过哪些细节描写来体现这种品质的?请你们打开书,认真读一读。
这是课文自读提示里的具体要求。
同样属于“连接语”导入。
接着,龚老师在学生再次读文,整体感知、理清文章脉络的基础上,要求学生抓住“简朴”和“劳苦”进行语段的赏析。
并引导学生思考:从这个部分你发现了哪些动人的细节呢?这属于“自读感知”部分。
交流时,教师或导思,或指点朗读,或归纳写法,这是“赏析交流”部分。
最后,龚老师让出了20分钟让学生练笔抓住一个细节写出人物的特点,学以致用,并评价指导,这是读写结合型课文的最后两个环节,也是此类略读课文教学的重点所在。
(二)、一课一得
因文而异教学策略,归根结底就是体现一课一得的教学思想,具体来说就是整体求略、重点求精。
教学时,要给学生充裕的时间自主阅读,然后侧重课文的某一点,大胆取舍,抓大放小,适当点拨,使学生有所悟,有所得。
比如语言积累型课文得于“积”
此课型的教学,侧重语言欣赏和语言积累,以赏读为抓手,以比赛的方式引导学生读读写写,记记背背,积累文本中的精美语言。
如《景阳冈》,关于武松打虎的那段描写,用词准确,是学生积累的好材料。
教学时,让学生自读后,交流自己喜欢的小节的基础上,可以进行背诵能力大比拼,积累文中优美片段,让学生在课堂上积累更多的语言。
再比如独立阅读型课文得于“思”
此课型的教学,侧重独立思考、自主阅读、自主探究能力的培养,以菜单式阅读为抓手,引导学生有目的、有重点地开展自主学习。
阅读菜单来自课文前的“连接语”。
学生根据菜单阅读,有效避免了放羊式阅读,能切实提高学生独立阅读的能力。
如《金钱的魔力》,对于基础较好的班级,也可以让他们通过自学去读懂。
教学时,教师先借助“阅读菜单”,给学生充足的时间阅读。
菜单如下:(1)正确、流利地读课文。
(2)想一想,课文主要写了哪几个人物,各有什么特点?
学生完成菜单阅读后,引导学生交流,教师适当点拨。
然后,总结学法拓展阅读。
阅读菜单是学生自学的目标,能真正达到培养学生独立思考、自主探究能力的目的。
因文而异,异的是不同课文的侧重点,同的是学生阅读能力的提高。
只有整体求“略”,部分求“精”,大胆取舍,才能真正发挥好略读课文的作用。
当然,具体运用时也不能太刻板,选择哪种略读教学思路,我们要考虑单元目标,要结合学生实际,而且,各课型思路也不是绝对不可互通的。
比如,《金钱的魔力》有精彩的语段,我们选择了“品读感悟型”思路,是否就不能进行有机的积累,显然,具体实施时,我们还是可以灵活处理的。

精读课文教学是准备,略读课文教学是应用。
略读课文教学是精读课文不可忽视的部分。
