遣词造句注意做到简洁、朴素、易懂、多样。多用动词短语，使文章简洁流畅。
7. 认真检查仔细修改
文章写成后要认真检查，检查重点应放在删去和主题不大相干的句子，纠正语法错误，拼写错误，标点和大小写错误，把因笔误或粗心而写错的地方及时改正过来，将差错率减少到最小程度，但原文不宜做大的调整和改动。
