二、学情分析。
本学期我继续担任八年纪一班和二班的.英语教学。
这两个班的大多数学生能基本掌握所学知识，通过前面一年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂并运用所学英语去进行英语交流。
这两个班的大多数学生对英语有较高的兴趣，能积极学习并参与课堂活动，英语学科成绩较好，但问题学生也有几人，学生发展参差不齐，这给教学带来不少困难。
三、教学策略及措施。
1、教学应面向全体学生，注重对学生进行运用英语能力的培养，力争人人都有进步；2、对学生因材实教，尊重学生个体差异，力争让不同学生全面发展；3、采用“任务型”活动教学，鼓励学生参与体验与交流，力争让学生增强对英语的学习兴趣；4、充分利用课堂作业与课外作业，严格要求学生抓好落实，强化所学，力争让每位学生皆有所获。
