DELIVER A PROJECT THAT IS EFFICIENT TO BUILD AND USE, WHILST MAINTAINING EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY AND
The Greenland Centre Plaza in Foshan represents the continuing evolution of 21st century mixed-use development: sustainable, cost effective design driven by global thought leadership to create a “Next Generation” high performance building complex at three integrated scales: Urban Design, Architecture and Building Systems. Design strategies at each of these scales work together to deliver a project capable of exhibiting Greenland’s achievements and responding to a range of future needs.

本次报告体现了我们对于佛山禅城绿地中心项目的概念 构思。从概念想法到可行性方案，该报告阐述了所有关 键要素，从而达到业主的期望目标。

This report reveals our concept of the Chancheng Greenland Centre competition in Foshan. It addresses all key elements pertinent to the understanding of the concept design from conceptual thoughts to a viable scheme which meets the objectives and ambitions of the client.

佛山绿地中央广场项目将代表21世纪综合体项目的不断进化方 向：可持续和成本高效益，其设计由全球领先理念驱动，打造“ 下一代”高能效的建筑综合体，通过：城市设计、建筑设计和建 筑体系三个尺度充分诠释。这三个尺度的设计策略相辅相成，确 保交付的项目能够代表绿地集团在相关领域的成就以及应对未来 发展一系列的需求。
