a Ask the guest whether need some other items politely, and service quick 礼貌询问客人所需物品,并迅速为其服务 b Ensure the neatness of the venue , supply drinks and utensils timely
嘉宾到达酒店,大厅接待组全员在酒店大厅恭候。
c After guests entering the hotel, the reception staff lead them to their room which arranged in advance
进入酒店后,由接待人员的引领下入住提前安排好的房间。

a Arrange a receptionist on the first floor of airport on December 26th, Putting warmly welcome guest signs at exports.
12月26日在机场一层到达厅内设接待处人员,根据来客乘坐的 航班到达情况持“热烈欢迎贵宾”牌,在廊桥出口、候机厅二层到 达电梯口及接待处放置简易欢迎标语牌。
d After a meal, lead guests into the room to rest, and asking guests whether the wake up service is needed 餐后安排客房服务人员带入房间休息,并问询是否需要叫醒服务
Coffee break packages 茶歇套餐
嘉宾入住时间(12月26日-12月30日),通知酒店接待人员提前做好相关 准备,确定房间有无异味,设备是否正常。

a Guests can according to their needs to chose the dome pavilion dining or the Chinese restaurants 客人可以根据需要决定在圆顶阁西餐厅或是粤唯先中餐厅就餐
c Business rooms can protect customers' privacy, and equipped with some necessary business equipment, such as electricity socket, network interfaces, fax machine, etc 商务包厢保护顾客的隐私,配备必要的商务装备,比如用电插 口、网络接口,传真机等
在一层到达电梯口等候,接到嘉宾后负责引导至接待处。接待组由此将客人集 中带出乘坐去酒店的大巴车。每小时一班车,整点发车。
