二、学情分析我所教的班级大部分学生基础比较薄弱词汇量小英语阅读能力相对较差学习也不是很积极。

另一方面由于刚升入高一初次接触较长篇幅的课文大多数学生都不会跳读、略读等阅读策略。

但是好的是大多数学生有学好英语的愿望希望自己能在新的阶段取得进步。

在课堂上他们能够尽力地配合老师用简单的英语进行表达。

对于这样一群学生我会尽量设置一些简单的阅读任务促进他们的成就感激发他们学英语的兴趣同时运用多媒体去启发他们思考主动地去参与并解决课堂上所设置的一些教学任务最终希望他们能在英语上有大的进步。

三、教学资源与策略本节课除外研版必修一教材、录音资料外还借鉴了学英语报和金色教案中的一些好的方面同时也通过互联网搜索了有关厦门的一些美丽的图片。

主要采用的教学策略有: 任务型阅读教学法和交际式教学法。

四、教学目标 1. 知识与能力 1掌握文中的词汇和语言点。

2理解文章大意并能完成相应阅读任务。

3) 能够复述文章并介绍自己的城市。

2. 过程与方法 1) 鼓励小组或搭档积极讨论参与课堂活动培养协作学习意识。

2) 运用多媒体激发学生的兴趣启发他们运用所学知识进行语言表达。

学情分析我所教的班级大部分学生基础还可以,英语阅读能力相对不错。

我会尽量设置一些有点深度的阅读任务,促进他们的成就感,激发他们学英语的兴趣;同时运用多媒体去启发他们思考,主动地去参与并解决课堂上所设置的一些教学任务,最终希望他们能在英语上有大的进步。

学生能用本节课所学描述自己的家乡,学生们基本都能做到。

效果分析1. 教材分析和学情分析比较到位,能够深入细致地分析教材的内容和学生英语学习的基础。

2. 教学目标定位不准确。

教学目标中的知识技能目标提到“掌握文中的词汇和语言点”。

在后边的教学环节中没有显示为了让学生掌握文中的词汇和语言点教师做的教学活动。

3. 在阅读环节中教师设计很多教学活动。

总体来看,这些教学活动有很多重复的地方。

每次阅读的策略不同,教师的阅读后活动也应该不相同。

例如在第一次阅读后,通常都会设置main idea 的问题;在第二次scanning阅读后,通常会设计有关文章细节信息的问题,目的是让学生尽快熟悉文章。

例如评价性问题,发散思维的问题等,目的是让学生能够用所学的语言做事。

教师的阅读策略和方法应该与读后活动相匹配。

活动应该突出梯度性,不应该是原地踏步的活动多次出现。

教学反思一、有效地完成了课堂任务。

本节课的话题为城市,学生对对话中的城市厦门有了充足的认识,初步掌握了城市介绍相关词汇及表达方式,对城市介绍的相关要素也有了一定的了解,从而为本模块的写作输出,做好了准备。

借助游戏预测的形式,学生在有效时间内获取了完成任务所需的结构、信息和语言,有效地完成了课堂任务。

二、达成了教学目标。

教学过程设计与实施的细节对有效达成教学目标有很大作用。

首先,使用思维导图来处理篇章结构。

以思维导图的形式呈现城市介绍的篇章结构及相关表达,辅助学生完成课时任务。

本单元的主题是“人与自然”,本堂课的阅读主题是“人与自然”主题话题下的“人与城市”。

文本以对话的形式介绍了厦门的地理位置、气候和城市概况,比如architecture 、business 、tourist attractions 等。

该课例是一堂阅读公开课。

通过文本的学习,学生可以对厦门这座城市有所了解,学会如何介绍一座城市,并且进一步从情感角度升华到对自己家乡的热爱。

同时,教师超越文本,引领学生思考“伴随着城市发展可能产生的问题”,并寻求有效的解决途径,落实课程标准所提倡的learn to enlighten 、learn to use 教育目标。

本课时为第一课时,通过本课的学习,学生能够了解厦门的城市概况,熟悉与城市旅游相关的重要词汇和短语,了解对话式文本的特点,通过自主学习和合作学习达到用英语介绍一座城市的目的。

二、学情本课的授课对象为高一年级B 层班级的学生,学生层次稍好,英语语言的基本素养不错,学习兴趣和学习愿望比较好,有着强烈的表达愿望,但是口语表达能力欠佳。

三、教学目标1.熟悉并掌握与城市介绍相关的词汇:attractive 、fortunate 、pretty 、sound 、bother 、approach 、starve 、in the south of 、be made of 、put up 。

2.理解和梳理文章信息,总结出介绍一座城市的几个要素,比如location 、climate 、economy 、tourist attractions 、special food 等。

3.概括文本信息和梳理文章细节的阅读能力,在阅读的过程中逐步培养思维能力。

一:教材分析:
1、本模板通过学生对话的形式,介绍了厦门的地理位置、气候、城市概况,如旅游景点、建筑、住宅、商业区等等。

使学生了解厦门
市的概况并掌握介绍某个城市的方法,学习本课规定的语法项目和词汇.通过学习Reading and Vocabulary并完成练习,培养学生的快速阅读能力,以及对词汇的认读和应用能力。

二:学情分析:在教学过程中,对学情的了解是教师因材施教的关键。

高一新生英语基础还较薄弱,学生基础参差不齐,经过开学一段时间的学习,学生基本适应了高中英语学习的方法和节奏,因此,设计这节课时,我充分考虑到学生的基础,用图片导入,以轻松的话题开始,用基础的语言启发他们,以愉快的交流展开合作,充分创造
机会让同学们都拥有成功的喜悦,在轻松和谐的氛围中探究并完成教学任务。

三:教学方法
新课程提倡运用任务型教学途径,围绕核心问题,设定小任务;体现以学生为主体的教学理念,开展自主性学习的课堂活动,强调合作探究与独立思考相结合。

这节课本人主要采用任务型教学法和活动教学法,借助多媒体展开教学活动。

通过运用阅读技巧,自己阅读并讨论合作,从而使学生掌握阅读策略,同时围绕文章设计多种语言活动,以自主合作等多种形式,引导学生根据不同的学习任务尝试使用不同的学习策略,使良好的学习习惯得以培养,自主学习和合作得以发展,交际能力和综合运用能力得以提高。

四:学法分析
通过本课教学,我将主要培养学生掌握以下学习方法:
1、参与式学习法:培养他们从练中学,在学中用,通过设置符合学生知识水平的活动让学生参与、体验、实践,并从中品味在活动中的乐趣。

2、知识迁移法:培养学生善于运用所学知识来分析和解决问题的能力。

3、合作学习法:通过小组形式完成多种活动,培养探究和合作意识与能力。

五:Teaching procedures:
Step 1 Lead-in
Show some pictures about famous cities such as Beijing and Shanghai in order to attract the students’attention. Then ask students to enjoy the pictures about the Gulangyu Islang and the scenery of Xiamen so as to leave a deep impression on Xiamen.(设计意图:激发学生的兴趣。


Step 2 Pre-reading
What do you know about Xiamen?
Discuss in groups of six and give the answers.(设计意图:该活动能让学生快速进入课堂学习的状态,开始思考学习的主题;激
发学生联想与主题相关的信息,来开拓学生的思路。

同时竞争意识的
注入,使学生情绪高涨,最大限度地激发了学生的学习兴趣.)Step 3 Fast-reading
Read the passage quickly and match the paragraph with its main idea. Then finish Activity I on page 33 of the textbook and complete the chart.Finally give the answers in pair-work. (设计意图:让学生有目的地带着问题去读课文,使他们初步整体感知课文大意.)
Step 4 Careful-reading
查读的方式完成细读,完成课本p33活动二 T/F 题;并找出课
文的主旨大意;自主完成后,小组合作讨论。

接着完成语言知识点,
包括词组及重点句型,让学生在课文里找出词组及翻译句子,完成句子后面的习题。

让学生通过查读课文的方式找出有关厦门的信息判断正误,此题有一些难度,建议学生独立完成后小组内讨论(设计意图:查读是快速获得信息的一种手段。

通过查读,让学生在有限的时间里尽快掌握课堂的内容,训练他们在最短的时间内获取最重要的信息。

即培养学生查找信息、处理信息的能力,同时也培养了学生的合作和探究能力)。

Step 5 Do some exercises
Ask the students to finish the task—put the sentences in the right order and then choose the best answer so that students understand the text better and master the language points.(设计意图:加深对课文的理解及语言知识点的巩固)。

Step 6 Post-reading Discussion
Ask students to discuss the questions in groups.Do you think Xiamen is a lively city ? What is your ideal lively city?
In order to give students the chance to express their opinions freely, the teacher can give some adjectives and give an example to talk about Xiamen. Then students follow the example and the best students can perform it. (设计意图:充分体现学生为主体,教师为主导的新课程理念.培养学生分析信息,处理信息以及合作探究的能力.)。
