英文驾照公证书在奥地利
国际驾照公证一、简单介绍驾照公证件，是指通过机动车驾驶人考试以后取得驾照由政府公证机构开驾照公证出的证明。
证明该驾照是合法获得的资格证书。
驾照公证件含有驾照持有人姓名、国籍、证件号、准驾车型、驾照申领日期、驾照到期日期等信息以及证明驾照合法的描述文字，并且含有公证机构的公章，具有法律作用。
如果无指定，驾照公证件一般以英文为主，因为英文是世界流通性最强的语言。
二、作用驾照公证件的主要作用是证明驾照是合法所得，辅助产生法律作用，证明持有者有驾驶对应机动车(船只)的合法资格。

国际驾驶执照
中国：有权为中国驾照持有人签发国际驾照的机构是中国政府有关部门或其授权的机构，但是中国政府没有 加入联合国道路交通公约。其他国家为你出具的国际驾照没有效力。
中国没有一个被欧美国家熟悉的相应机构，通常你可以使用中国公证处的公证翻译件。
法律法规
联合国道路交通公约主要包括
所需材料：
1、《机动车驾驶证申请表》。
2、申请人的身份证明（原件和复印件）非中文表述的还应当出具中文翻译文本原件和复印件。
身份证明是指：
a.中国居民，应提交《居民身份证》或者《临时居民身份证》；在暂住地居住地，还应提交公安机关核发的 居住、暂住证明。
b.外国人，应提交入境时所持有的护照或者其他旅行证件，居(停)留期为三个月以上的有效签证或者居留地 为杭州的居留许可，以及杭州公安机关出具的住宿登记证明。
国际驾照不是一个驾驶执照。它只是由驾驶员该国的官方机构或经其授权的其他机构根据该国政府所参加的 联合国道路交通公约、以公约中规定的标准式样、用英/法/俄/中/阿拉伯/日等多种语言为驾驶员出具的证明该 驾驶员持有该国有效驾照的一份证明，其主要用途是帮助其他国家的警察读懂驾驶员的姓名、地址、准驾车型等 必要信息。
对应中国驾照车型，小型汽车（C1）、小型自动挡汽车（C2）
国际驾照代号C，国际驾照准驾车型载货车，载货车其所允许最高重量超过3500公斤（7700磅），此类车辆 可附带小拖车一辆。

持有境外驾照，怎样才能在中国境内开车
对于持有境外驾驶证的司机，需要到当地公安机关车辆管理部门换领中国机动车驾驶证。根据公安部《机动 车驾驶证申领和使用规定》，持境外机动车驾驶证的人申请机动车驾驶证，应当填写《机动车驾驶证申请表》， 并提交申请人的身份证明；县级以上医疗机构出具的有关身体条件的证明；所持机动车驾驶证。属于非中文表述 的，还应当出具中文翻译文本。具体的办理流程，可以向当地公安机关车辆管理部门进行咨询。

1、去当地车管所填写《机动车驾驶证申请表》。
填写申请表很简单，车管所的工作人员帮助你，目前国外驾驶证转中国驾驶证，在当地交警支队车管所业务大厅办理。
注意：必须本人在国外居住三个月以上，这样国外驾照才会有效，如果你居住的时间不够的话，那么也不能进行驾照的申请，只能重新考取驾照。
2、准备好自己的身份证、护照和出入境管理部门开具的出入境记录，国外驾照的办理，还需要进行身体检查，因为国内没有你的身体体检证明，而国外的体检证明，不能跟国内的统一，所以必须进行一次体检，可以在县级以上医院进行，也可以去车管所体检。
3、更换国外驾照的时候，因为属于国外办理的驾照，所以驾照上面是另外一个国家的语言，因此你要把国外驾照的内容翻译过来，才能够办理中国的驾照。
需要注意的是必须是有资质的翻译公司的翻译文本才行，不能自己翻译。
因为个人翻译的内容不具有权威性，所以建议由专业符合资质的翻译机构完成翻译工作。
车管所会告诉你去哪里办理公证，收费标准如下：
