成功的四要素

我认为成功需要四要素：明确的目标、详尽的计划、切实的行动、坚定的信念。而最难的部分就是坚定的信念——坚信你一定能够做得到！成功的最终实现需要的是我们的信念。

例如中国女排的成功就体现了成功四要素。首先，场上的队员和教练整个团体都有一个明确的目标，就是赢得比赛；其次，为了这个目标他们赛前进行了详细的攻防方案，并为这个方案能够在赛场上有效的实施进行了长期的训练，最后在正式的比赛过程中，坚定的信念，给予了队员们面对一切困难的勇气，一场一场的拿下比赛，最终取得了胜利。

I think the four elements of success are a clear goal, a detailed plan,

a practical action and a firm belief. And the hardest part is the firm belief that you must believe yourself you can do it! Only with a firm belief we can achieve success.

For example the success of the Chinese women’s volleyball team reflects the four elements of success. First, all of players and coaches have a common clear goal, win the game. Second, for this goal, they carry out detailed attack and defense program before the game start, and then for the effective implementation of program on the field, they had a long-term training. Finally, In the formal course of the game, the firm belief gives players courage to face all the difficulties, one after another to win the game, and get the final victory
