举升机细节保养之滑块保养

举升机在良好的工作状态下

不仅可以解放不少劳动力

还能使维修效率大幅度提升

但在日常操作中

我们常常会忽视小配件的保养

其实就像人们需要定期“体检”一样

在“体检”与“保养”中

发现并预防那些小毛病哟

今天我们以举升机滑块为例

在滑块出现磨损时，

可能会出现哪些问题及安全隐患呢？

●维修过程中，发现滑道与立柱之间卡顿

●滑块与立柱间隙过大，导致落锁时维修车辆摆动摇晃

●举升车辆时，出现抖动

以上这些问题，都会加速滑块的磨损率，如磨损情况严重将威胁到维修时人员和车辆的安全。

解决方案：

●发现滑道内滑块初期有磨损，需给滑道加润滑脂(如下方操作图）

●常规情况下使用，滑块需三年或磨损量≥1mm更换；

举升机在使用频率较高的情况下，滑块磨损度也会相对快些，这时我们需定期检查滑块磨损情况，如磨损量≥1mm，也请立即更换滑块。

维修师傅们，在您进行日常保养时，同样需检查滑道内滑块磨损情况，如发现磨损，根据磨损程度加润滑脂或更换滑块。以确保举升机正常运转，保证检修工作正常进行。

Human beings need regular physical examinations.

So do the lifts.

In "Physical Examination" and "Maintenance"

Mild and minor defects can be discovered and recovered at pretty low cost. We take the sliders as an example.

What symptoms and hazards may arise if the sliders wear out?

● In maintenance, it is found that the carriage does not run up and down smoothly.

● Wobble due to too much clearance between the slider and its running track inside the column.

●The lift runs jerkily when raising a vehicle.

These symptoms will in no doubt accelerate the wearing rate of the sliders. It is very dangerous to the lifted vehicle and the user when use a lift with over-worn sliders

Solutions:

● Inspect and grease the sliders regularly so as to reduce the wearing rate.

● In normal conditions, the sliders have to be replaced for every 3 years or have to be changed immediately when the wear is greater than 1m.

TIPS:

The sliders must also be inspected during your routine maintenance so as to make them run in good status. It depends on the degree of wear to decide whether simply add grease or replace with new sliders.
