前言
水是人类生产生活的最关键资源,但生态环境遭到重破坏,水体污染重,水资源的净化处理和水污染的治理显得尤为重要。水资源的净化处理的好坏直接关系到人们的生产生活质量。
为了巩固和深化所学理论知识,为了使理论知识结合实践,为了使理论知识真正转化为能力,学校为我提供了这次水质工程实习的机会。对于任一位大学生来说,实习是一个很关键的学习容,也是一个很好的锻炼机会。对于我们来说,平常学到的都是理论上的知识,而实习正好就给了我们一个把理论知识与实际设计联系起来的机会,实习作为学校为我们安排的学习理论知识期间一次全面性、总结性的教学实践环节,它让我们看到实际的中工艺运转的过程,我们可以从中看到的不仅仅是设备运作过程,还有大量实际设计面的知识,通过实习能够使我们更好的完善自己。本次实习的地点有市白龟山水厂、平煤神马集团供水总厂一分厂、学院水厂。白龟山水厂是市规模最大,始建最早的水厂,现在依旧拥有着最传统的工艺设施,成为具有代表性的设备。平煤集团供水总厂一分厂主要是为平煤集团员工居民输送合格生活用水,该厂秉持绿色发展原则,在清洁生产,在节水、节电、降低成本、延长设备寿命等面取得了一定成效,污染物排放明显减少,工作环境和生活环境进一步改善。学院水厂取水头部邻接白龟山水库,利用这一优势,学院自己建造了水厂为在校的师生提供生活用水。
通过本次实习使我真正了解到所学知识的落脚点,将理论联系实际培养我们的实际工程概念,进一步理解和消化课堂知识,提高我们的创新意识,掌握取水
工程基本概念、理论、工程技术和措施;了解与水质工程有关的理论、技术法与措施,为完成生产设计做好充分的准备,也为不久以后的工作打下坚实的基础。
Preface
Water is the most important resources for human life and production, but the ecological environment has been seriously damaged, serious water pollution, water purification and water pollution control is very important. Purification treatment is directly related to people's production and life quality of water resources.
In order to consolidate and deepen the theory of knowledge, in order to make the theoretical knowledge with practice, in order to make the theory knowledge into ability, the school provides the quality engineering practice chance for me. For any students, practice is a very important content, is also a good exercise opportunity. For us, usually learn are the theoretical knowledge and practice, just give us a chance to link the theory knowledge and the actual design, practice as a school for learning theory knowledge during our arrangement, a comprehensive summary of the teaching practice, it let us see the process in operation process the actual, from which we can see is not
only the equipment operation process, there are a large number of practical design knowledge, through practice so that we can better improve their own. The internship at the Pingdingshan Baiguishan factory, Pingmei Group what water supply factory, Pingdingshan University waterworks. Baiguishan factory is the largest in Pingdingshan City, built the first water plant, now still has a process facilities the most traditional, become the representative equipment. Pingmei Group water supply factory is mainly for the Pingdingshan Coal Group employees qualified residents living water, the plant adhere to green development principle, in cleaner production, and achieved certain results in the aspects of water saving, energy saving, reduce costs, extend equipment life, reduce pollutant emissions, working environment and living environment has further improved. Pingdingshan University plant for water head adjacent Baiguishan Reservoir, use of this one advantage, Pingdingshan University has built himself in living water for school teachers and students.
