Wow, it seems like yesterday that, as freshmen, we were being lovingly shoved into lockers face first by the seniors. But time went by. We grew up. We took positions of leadership. As seniors, we would never, ever, ever do something so immature to the freshman. We didn't shove them into lockers.I'm not saying that we did anything else immature during our six years. I'm certain we were all home on time, and respected all the laws in schools.But can't we expect that youths are going to be energetic, possibly rambunctious, and even at times a little insane? I think we can. Any group of people that listens to the music we do, or wears the clothes we wear, and doesn't get nabbed by the state asylum is a special group.And as a group we've been through a lot. Educational institutions are facing a lot of budget cuts. So we've learned to live with some pain. Cut backs to the athletic budget were painful, reduced spending for the music department was painful, and watching the football team attempt synchronized swimming during “reverse day” was especially painful.One of things I most admire is how we came together as a class. Before arriving here we came from very different cultural backgrounds. At first, we formed predictable groups and cliques. But over time we grew together as we fought opposing schools on the football field, at band competitions and academic debates. Perhaps more than anything else, the lesson we learned is that as separate individuals we are, at most, mildly effective. But together we are able to combine our talents into a powerful arsenal of educational excellence, athletic achievement and community spirit. Over the coming years you may forget some stories, some classmates’ names. What you cannot forget is that when individuals work together, the whole group is raised up and the impossible become the possible. Achievement becomes your destiny.。

根据新课标的理念,我将以“教什么,怎么教和为什么这栏教”为思路,从教材分析,学情分析,教学方法,教学过程等几个方面加以说明。
首先我想来谈谈对教材的理解。
是人教版小学英语年级册第单元第课时的内容。
学生在学习本节课之前就已经学习了。
(之前与这个内容的有联系的课程),这就为本课的学习奠定了一定的基础。
而教材当中安排了道例题,从简单到复杂的编排,符合儿童的认识规律,同时本节课的学习也为后面学习(有与这节课有联系内容)打下基础。
以上是我对教材的理解。
接下来,我想谈谈对学情的理解。
学生在学习(本课课题内容)之前就已经理解了也掌握了(与课题相关的知识内容)。
同时也了解和掌握了(本课题内容)的初步认识,这些都为本节课的学习打下了良好的基础。
但是由于年级学生的年龄特征,他们对学习(说明本课的一些难理解的内容)有一定的困难,而且在本节课当中所涉及的(难点内容)比较抽象,学生不容易理解,但是在本节课整个教学当中会涉及到一定的动手实践操作这个环节,那么,学生就会调动他们学习的一些积极性。
根据以上对教材的分析以及对学情的把握,我设定本节课的教学目标主要有三个方面。
第一就是知识与技能:学生理解(知识),同时掌握(技能)。
第二是过程与方法:通过(如:量一量,折一折,比一比等具体的操作思考过程),培养学生观察、比较、分析、归纳的能力,以及解决一些简单问题的能力。
第三是情感态度与价值观这个层面目标:了解(学科)的历史,培养英语的学习兴趣。
根据学情和对整个教材的分析,这节课我设立的教学重难点如下:教学重点是:学生掌握,把握。
教学难点是:探究,理解。
俗话说,科学合理的教学方法能使教学效果事半功倍,达到教与学的完美统一,因此,小学英语英语说课本节课我采用的教学方法是:情景教学法,小组合作探究及观察法。
教法是学法的导航,学法是教法的缩影。
老师在重视教学方法的同时,也应该要注重去引导学生更好地来进行相应的一些学习,去进行学习方法的一些指导,因此,本节课我采用的学习方法是:小组交流的学习方法和动手操作的学习方法。

4、Mr. Black, Miss White, Miss Green 的头饰教学过程:1、热身、复习 (Warming-up/Revision)(1)师生共同唱歌曲 Sing an English together.“Head, shoulders, knees and toes”,复习人体部位的单词,并集中学生注意力,调动学生学习兴趣。
(2)游戏Do a game. “SIMON SAYS” 指令可以是一二单元Let’s do (A/B) 的内容。
(3)师生同唱歌曲“Hello”。
教师可以边唱边用手势示意学生,将歌曲中的人名改为同班同学的名字。
(4)教师用头饰介绍人物。
例如:教师举起Mr. Black的头饰说:This is Mr. Black. 然后戴上Mr. Black的头饰说: Good mo rning, boys and girls. I’m Mr. Black. Nice to meet you . 让学生回答:Nice to meet you ,too.用同样的方法介绍Miss White, Miss Green ,并要求学生和这些人物打招呼。
(5)请三个学生扮演 Mr. Black, Miss White, Miss Green,用唱歌的形式互相问候: “Hello” 。
2、呈现新课 (Presentation)(1)师生观看教学课件。
课件内容为Let’s talk/A 的内容。
教师利用与教材内容相同的教学课件,使学生一目了然,既了解了句型的含义,又了解句型运用的情景。
(2)再次观看课件,教师提问: T: What are they doing? 他们在干什么? S: 在打招呼。
(3)教师演示Let’s talk/A 的内容,使学生进一步理解对话。
方法为:教师左手举起Miss White 的头饰,右手举起Miss Green 的头饰时,用不同声调引出对话内容。
在此次演示活动中,教师强调 Nice to meet you . Nice to meet you, too. 两句话。
(4)教师提问:Mr. Black 和Miss Green 是怎样用英语打招呼的。
能力强的学生或学过英语的学生尝试性的说 How are you? Fine, thank you.(5)听本课时Let’s talk/A 教学配套的录音带,学生跟读并模仿发音。
教师注意带读不易掌握的读音,如:Fine, thank you. 一句中 fine 中的元音字“i” 的读音是[ai] ,提示学生口型要略大些。
而thank一词中的th 在发音时,要让舍尖处于上下齿之间,教师可以夸大口型,让学生了解发音方法。
教师要适当纠正,切不可一味的纠正发音,打击孩子学习的积极性。
(6)第三次观看Let’s talk/A 部分的教学课件。
使学生进一步了解对话内容和含义。
在此基础上告诉学生, How are you? 与以前所学 Hello./Hi . 等问候语不同点在于: How are you? 是用于熟人之间有一段时间未见面,或是对方身体欠佳,或是较正式的向别人打招呼等场合。
因此,同学们不必每次见面都问How are you? ,每天见面时,只要说Hello. 和 Hi .就可以了。
(7)趣味操练游戏----传口令教师分别在每组第一个学生的耳边轻轻的说:How are you? Fine, thank you. 学生依次传递。
以传递准确,速度又快的为胜。
(8)为学生准备3—4个扩音器/麦克风和头饰,让学生做“今天我配音”的活动。
学生给课件中的人物配音,再次巩固练习新句型。
学生在学、练的同时,掌握并理解教学的重、难点。
3、趣味操练 (Practice)(1)游戏:开火车六至七人一组,做开火车的游戏。
教师在每组选出一名“质量监督员”,监督每个同学提问的完整性和正确率。
从第一个学生开始 Hi/Hello/Good morning, A. How are you? 第二个学生回答I’m fine./Fine, thank you. 并提问 How are you? 以此类推。
(A代表学生姓名)。
(2)演一演:学生戴上Mr. Black, Miss White, Miss Green 的头饰,分角色练习、表演对话。
(3)游戏:击掌问候做Let’s play 部分的活动,教师让学生按教材的方法两人一小组的活动,两人相互击掌问好,如:S1: Hi/Hello/Good morning, Peter . How are you?Peter: I’m fine./Fine, thank you. 。
在同桌练习之后,在进行前、后两人一组练习。
目的是再次强调练习Let’s talk 部分的内容。
练习时训练学生彼此倾听发音,纠正发音,从而感悟英语的语音、语调的知识。
4、课堂评价 (Assessment)(1)教师让学生根据自己两个单元的获奖情况,制定本单元获奖目标。
(2)做活动手册第三单元第1 部分的练习。
5、扩展性活动(Add-activities)可将趣味操练中的游戏2 扩展为“找朋友”的游戏。
让学生在教室自由走动,击掌向她想打招呼的同学问好,教师可放音乐来规定时间,音乐停的时候,击掌最多的学生为胜利者。
