1、概述 Brief Introduction
深圳市金奥博科技有限公司自2011年开始研发地下现场混装车及配套技术,研发的JWLDXRH型地下现场混装乳化炸药车于2014年6月在贵州开磷集团矿肥有限公司通过科技成果 鉴定,JWL-DXRH-Ⅱ型地下现场混装乳化炸药车与2015年1月安徽马钢罗河矿业有限责任 公司通过鉴定。

The research and development of underground bulk truck and related technologies started since 2011 by Shenzhen King Explorer Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Finished JWL-DXRH underground emulsion pumper has passed Science and Technology Achievements Appraisal in June, 2014 at Guizhou Kailin Group Mineral Fertilizer Company, while JWL-DXRH-II underground emulsion pumper has passed Science and Technology Achievements Appraisal in January 2015 at Anhui Ma Steel Luohe Mining Company. 15年1月与阿特拉斯科普柯(南京)建筑矿山设备有限公司再次合作研发新一代地下装药车。

In January 2015, King Explorer cooperate with Atlas Copco (Nanjing) Construction and Mining Equipment Ltd to develop a new generation of underground bulk trucks.

主要组成及结构:JWL-DXRH型地下现场混装乳化炸药车由地下专用底盘、装药输送混合模 块、机械臂遥控找孔系统、自动送管系统、液压系统、电气控制系统等组成。

JWL-DXRH Underground Emulsion Pumper comprises special chassis, loading and transporting module, hose auto delivery system (mechanical arm), hydraulic system and electrical control system.

4.主要技术特点 Characteristics
4.1独特乳胶基质和孔内低常温快速敏化技术 Special emulsion formula and low temperature sensitization
采用独特专用的乳胶基质配方,乳胶基质触变性好,当其通过 静态混合器和喷射増黏装置后粘度成倍增长,彻底解决了地下 矿上向孔的装药难题。

Excellent thixotropy is achieved through special emulsion formula, emulsion viscosity greatly improves when passing through static mixer and viscosity increasing device. This completely solved uphole charging in underground conditions.

4.2 水环减阻、末端静态混合和喷射增黏技术 Water-Ring Reduction, Hose-tip Static Mixing and Viscosity-increasing Technologies
在乳胶泵与软管之间设置一个特制的水环机构,使乳胶基质在水环润滑下实现远距离输送, 在0.8~1.5Mpa的输送压力下乳胶输送距离即可达80m以上。

水环减阻输送技术保证了乳 胶基质安全泵送。

A special water ring mechanism is set between emulsion pump and hose, transporting emulsion at long distance. Emulsion transportation distance could reach 80m under 0.81.5MPa pressure. Water ring reduction technology ensures safety pumping of emulsion matrix.


在输送软管末端装有先进的炮孔末端静态混合器。

炮孔末端静态混合器除具 有将乳胶基质和敏化剂充分混合的功能外,还具有改善乳胶粘度的能力,乳 胶基质通过静态混合器后基质粘度增加。

There is a static mixer installed on hose tip. Except for mixing emulsion matrix and gassing agent, static mixer could also improve emulsion viscosity.


在静态混合器后设置有喷射増黏装置,基质通过喷射増黏装置后粘度成倍增长,将乳胶基质高速喷射至孔壁,提高了乳胶基质与炮孔的黏附力,确保垂直上向孔的装填。

There is a viscosity increasing device installed behind static mixer; emulsion viscosity greatly improved when passing through the device, the device could also spray
emulsion to borehole, increasing adhesion between emulsion and borehole.
喷射藕合装药,提高了炸药的能量利用率,提高了炸药的爆破效果。

Explosive energy utilization greatly improved, so as blasting results.
4.3环保节能Environmental Friendly and Energy Saving 采用柴油动力行驶,电液压进行装药,作业时无尾气排放。

4.4 机械臂遥控找孔,自动收送管深孔装药
Remote Borehole Locating and Deep Hole Charging
采用机械臂遥控找孔,自动送管达40米以上,收管速度根据装药
速度自动匹配,输送过程中自动计量送管长度。

Borehole is located remotely by mechanical arm, over 40m hose
could be delivered. Hose withdraw speed is automatically
adjusted according to charging speed and hose length is
automatically recorded.
同时可根据爆破设计调节收管速度实现炮孔线密度的调节。

Hose withdraw speed is adjustable according to blasting design,
achieving borehole line density adjustment.
采用机械臂遥控找孔,自动收送管深孔装药,极大提高了装药效率。

是人工装药的3-6倍。

By using remote borehole-locating, charging hose could be delivered to deep hole, which increased charging efficiency by 3-6 times than manual charging.
降低了操作工人劳动强度,操作人员可与危险区域保持一定距离。

Labor intensive is lowered, operators keep certain distance with dangerous area.
4.5 比例闭环、精准计量
Closed Loop Control and Accurate Measurement
采用先进的液压电气结合控制技术,采用高精度比例阀控制乳胶泵、敏化剂泵、送管器等关键部件。

Adopted integrated technology of hydraulic control and electrical control; key equipment such as emulsion pump, gassing pump and hose pusher are controlled by accurate ratio valve.
乳胶和敏化剂输出为闭环控制,保证乳胶与敏化剂按严格的工艺配比要求输送至装药管末端静态混合器,装药误差控制在1%以内。

Output of emulsion and gassing solution is controlled in a closed loop; emulsion and gassing agent are transported strictly as process requirements to static mixer; charging efficiency is controlled within 1%.

采用工程机械车辆专用控制器和操作屏,提高控制系统的稳定性、和操作系统的便捷性。

装药过程操作简单快捷。

预设装药参数,选择需要装药的炮孔即可开始装药。

在遥控器上启动装药,控制系统根据设定值自动完成装药、退管过程,无需人工干预。

The charging operation is easy and convenient. Operators could start operation on operation box or remote controller after setting charging depth or charging amount, control system will finish charging and hose withdrawing automatically based on set values.

故障自诊断Fault self-diagnosis
控制系统不仅对装药过程中执行安全连锁保护。

还时刻在检查各个传感器、仪表的自身状态。

当仪表损坏或连接仪表的线缆损坏时,控制系统都能做出诊断,报警提示,并自动停止装药。

Control system will not only execute safety interlock protection on charging operation, but also monitoring sensors and instrument all the time. Control system will diagnose failures and generate alarms in an event of instrument damage or cable break, the system will also stop charging if necessary.
在操作位置、遥控器、车前后均设置有6个急停按钮
6 E-stop buttons were set in the front and at the back of operation, remote controller and the pumper
配置1个自动灭火器,以及4个干粉灭火器。

The pumper is equipped with 1 auto extinguisher and 4 dry powder extinguisher 发动机配置有专用火花熄灭器。

4.8 安全设置及安全联锁Safety Mechanism and Interlock 安全设置
Safety mechanism
超压:乳胶泵压力高于报警值时声光报警,压力超高时系统声光报警并自动停机。

Over-pressure: audible and visual alarm in the event of emulsion pump pressure high; system stopped if emulsion pump pressure exceed higher limit.
超温:乳胶泵温度高与报警值时报警并自动停机。

Over-temperature: system stops if emulsion pump temperature exceed set alarm value
超时:乳胶泵持续运行超过设定时间自动停机。

Timeout: system stops if emulsion pump operation time exceed set value
料位:乳胶料仓低于200kg 时系统自动提醒加料,低于100kg 时系统自动锁定系统停机。

Level: system will remind operators to feed when there is only 200kg or less material left in emulsion hopper and stop production when there is only 100kg or less material left in emulsion hopper
断流:乳胶泵压力低与报警值时声光报警并延时自动停机。

Water break: audible and visual alarm, system stops delayed if necessary when emulsion pump pressure is lower than alarm value
流量异常:发泡剂流量低于报警值时声光报警并自动停机。

Flow abnormality: audible and visual alarm, system stops if necessary when gassing flow is lower than alarm value

4.9 数据采集上传系统Data Collection and Uploading
配置JWL-RMA地下装药车数据采集与上传系统,其中包括自动监视设备运行状态、运行参数的触摸屏和采用数据加密技术的数据采集存储系统和数据上传系统,系统自动监控设备运行状态,采集、记录、分析、存储生产数据,可将生产数据上传至行业信息管理平台。

The pumper is equipped with JWL-RMA data collection and uploading system, the system could monitor equipment running status, operation parameters through touch screen; by using encrypted data collection and uploading technology, the system will automatically collect, record, analyze and save production data, then upload these data to industry information management platform.
