比如说,我在网上卖了个手工制作的精美陶器,和买家商量好用FCA条款。

2. CPT(运费付至)哎这个CPT呀。

你付了运费,让包裹能够到达朋友所在的城市,这就有点像CPT的感觉呢。

我之前给国外的合作伙伴寄一批文件,用的就是CPT。

我把运费给到物流公司,他们就得负责把文件送到目的地城市,这期间不管是换车还是转运,反正得安全送达,真的是超方便呢。

3. CIP(运费、保险费付至)CIP就更贴心啦!这就像你护送自己的心爱之物远行,不仅给了路费,还买了保险呢。

我有个朋友做外贸的,他给客户发货用CIP条款。

他说,这就像是给货物穿上了一层保护罩,万一在路上有个什么闪失,还有保险兜底呢。

就像你带着小孩出门,给他戴上头盔、护膝,再加上意外险,全方位保护嘛。

4. FOB(船上交货)FOB啊,这是个经典的术语哦。

你可以把它想象成你站在船边,把货物亲手交到船上的那一刻起,责任就转移啦。

我表哥做海鲜出口生意的,他跟我说,当他把新鲜的鱼虾按照FOB条款交货时,就感觉像把自己精心养育的孩子送上了新旅程,从那一刻起,只要货物上了船,风险就归买方啦,他心里的大石头也算落下一半喽。

敦煌网分享跨境电商物流知识:外贸物流常识(一)【1】清关问题:这个问题是被大家问的最多的了,遇到不少客户,都是一个简单的询价,然后问及包清关吗?对于这个问题,其实不少老鸟应该知道的,清关问题是国外客户的自己问题,除非你走的是双清包税的专线,这样才会直接送到客户手中的。

说说清关这个问题,一般四大快递【DHL、FEDEX、TNT、UPS】当你们把货物交给他们的时候,到了目的国海关会自行帮你清关,但是如果因为产品、货值等原因导致无法清关则需要客户自己联系清关派送,事情并不是很难,对于老外来说一个电话就可以解决的问题。

延伸:在这里需要大家特别注意的是:针对南美中东地带以及西北亚国家,在出货前请一定要和客户确认是否有清关能力,如果没有能否找他们当地的清关公司帮忙清关呢,如果不行,请谨慎出货,一般四大快递到这些地区没多大优势,尤其是金砖四国的俄罗斯和巴西。

到这些地区首选EMS渠道,清关一块比较方便,如果货物达到空运最低消费的45kg可以选择走空运,这样是比较便宜。

但是空运是到机场的,需要客户自己去机场清关提货的。

目前在市场上有针对这些地域有相对的专线渠道;ARAMEX专线,俄罗斯专线,巴西双清渠道。

当然,这些渠道的并不意味着价格低,只是相对的优惠点,但是无疑这些渠道去这些地域是很有优势的。

只要你的货物不是太过敏感,基本放行送到客户手上。

至于空运海运的问题,空运到机场,海运到港口,这个是大家都熟知的,楼主在工作中遇到不少客户都是询价的时候,很盲目,不知道询价的时候需要说是那个港口那个机场,直接给了国家,当问及到那个机场或者港口时,总是很盲目,不知道,或者是我再去问问客户,这样不就造成的不必要的浪费时间么,当客户找你们问及海运和空运,你要在第一时间知道客户的所在城市或者问客户到那个机场或者港口再来询价,这样节省了时间,提高了效率。

【2】赔偿损坏的问题:之前遇到一个客户的货物是小闹钟的货物,一个1.5kg的货物到德国,货物在运输过程中破损了,老外收到货物之后就反馈了过来,当时客户就找我,问我怎么回事,我了解了具体情况就问了DHL那边,DHL给了明确的答复,叫老外找当地DHL 提供一份破损证明和货物破碎的图片发过来,我告诉客户了,也转告了老外,结果破损证明老外没填,客户也不填,我催促了几遍,客户最后说道算了,不要赔偿,叫我免单给她再发送一次,当时就乱了,这不是我的问题,是运输过程的问题,我都在尽力帮你争取赔偿了,你不愿意配合要我一个菜鸟来帮你免单发这个货物,我也是醉了,后来还是自己掏了腰包给她发走了,等于两单下来,我一分钱没赚到,还自己倒贴了。

CFR:Cost freight 成本及运费指同样卖方需要承担的费用是货物到达目的港的全部费用,但不包括海运保险。

FAS:Free alongside ship 船边交货指买家指定装运港,卖家只要把货物交到指定的装运港船边就算完成交货。

目前这种运输术语很少用到。

二、其它运输英文术语customs clearance fee 报关费Eg. We will take on the customs clearance fee, but you must delivery within deadline.我们会承担报关费,但你们务必要在规定时间内交货。

CY-DOOR 是指货物的运输是从一个集装箱堆场运出,目的地是收货人的工厂,公司或仓库也就是送货上门。

CY-CY是指港到港;CY-DOOR是指港到门;CFS CLOSING:X月X日场站时间(CFS- CONTAINER FREIGHT STATTION 集装箱货运场-拼箱的地方)集装箱运输中,整箱货和拼箱货在船货双方之间的交接方式有以下几种:门到门(door to door): 由托运人负责装载的集装箱,在其货仓或厂库交承运人验收后负责全程运输,直到收货人的货仓或工厂仓库交箱为止。
