I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we’ve had about whether it is necessary for middle school students to have a private tutor. 40% of the students think it necessary to do so. In their opinion, since a private tutor teachers only one student at a time, he can easily find the student’s learning problems and a solution to them. Besides, the student will study attentively and efficiently since they pay money to learn from the tutor. However, most of the students (60%) don源自文库t think so. In their opinion, what should be learnt will be taught by their teachers at school anyway. They also believe that the students may not work hard at school because they know they can always depend on the private tutor after class.
