《外贸函电》考试改革方案一、课程特征该课程的目的是教会学生实际业务处理能力,包括业务能力、思维模式和表达能力。

传统笔试考试方式和题目(选择题、填空题等)难以考察学生的知识和技能,也容易作弊。
