要求学生掌握语言、文学及相关专业的基础知识;具有一定的跨文化交际能力;具有扎实的英语语言功底和较强的听、说、读、写、译能力;了解我国国情和英语国家的社会和文化;具有第二外国语的一定的实际应用能力;具有较好的汉语表达能力;具有较强的逻辑思维能力、创新能力、独立工作能力及实际工作能力。
三﹑学位及学分要求:双学位总学分为72学分(含毕业论文10学分);双专业总学分为60学分。
具体要求如下:(1)学生必须取得主修专业毕业资格后才能取得双学位、双专业毕业资格。
修读双学位、双专业的学生,若作留级或取消学籍处理,则取消修读双学位、双专业资格。
取消或申请退出修读双学位、双专业学习的学生,若修满40学分可颁发辅修专业证书。
(2)修读双学位的学生,在主修专业学制规定的学习期限内,修满双学位专业教学计划规定的学分,符合学校学士学位授予条件,并且获得主修专业学位证书,颁发注有双专业的毕业证书和注有两种学位的学位证书。
但电子注册只上传主修专业的专业和学位信息。
(3)学生修满双学位教学计划规定的学分,且获得主修专业毕业证书但未获得主修专业学位证书者,只颁发注有双专业的毕业证书,电子注册只上传主修专业的毕业信息,不授予双学士学位。
(4)学生修满双学位或双专业教学计划规定的学分,但未获得主修专业毕业证书者颁发注有双专业的结业证书。
主修专业经返校补考获得毕业证书者,方可换发注有双专业的毕业证书。
(5)学生修读双学位、双专业所修课程学分未达到双学位、双专业要求但已完成40学分者,颁发辅修专业证书。
未达到40学分者,则发给课程进修证明。

英语双学位情况说明一、基本概念英语双学位是依据《郑州大学双学位、双专业、辅修专业管理实施细则(试行)》的通知[校教务〔2008〕11号] 而开设的。
我校开设双学位、双专业、辅修专业的目的是为进一步完善人才培养体系,推进学分制条件下跨学科交叉学习的教学改革,培养复合型人才。
双学位:指全日制普通本科在校生在完成本专业学位课程学习的同时,兼修另一学科专业课程,完成规定学分后同时授予两个专业的学士学位证书。
双专业:指全日制普通本科在校生在完成本专业学位课程学习的同时,兼修另一学科专业课程,完成规定学分后同时授予两个专业的毕业证书。
辅修专业:指全日制普通本科在校生以高考所录取专业为主修专业,同时跨学科修读另一个专业课程,完成规定学分后发放辅修结业证书。
二、英语双学位培养目标:通过全面的、系统的英语专业知识的学习和基本技能训练,培养理、工、文、医等各类学生具备扎实的英语基础知识、较强的英语运用能力以及丰富的语言文化知识,使其成为具有辐射多专业方向的复合型、应用型人才。
申报资格: 英语双学位和辅修专业招收对象是全日制普通本科非英语专业三年级学生,其主修专业已修课程须全部合格,补考和重修通过课程不超过10学分,平均学分绩点在2.0以上。
管理规定:学生在修读英语双学位期间,主修专业有1门以上不及格者,或考试作弊者,终止双学位学习;英语双学位不及格的课程无门次限制,课程不及格者,允许补考1次,不设重修课。
英语双学位课程中与主修专业的基础课、专业课名称相同、教学内容相同且成绩合格者,经外语学院认定后可以免修。
学位证书:修满英语双学位规定课程58个学分(含毕业论文12个学分),在获得国家颁发的第一专业毕业证书和学士学位证书的前提下,可同时获得学校颁发的第二学士学位证书(英语专业);未修满规定学分,而达到38学分以上的,颁发辅修专业证书;未满38学分的,已修课程按选修课程记入学生成绩表,不及格课程不记入。
英语双学位学生在修读期间可以参加英语专业四、八级考试。

1.专业特色:广西大学英语专业创办于1947年,是我校办学历史较长、办学声誉较高的优势
专业之一。

附件一:四川大学外国语学院本科毕业论文(设计)要求(试行)本科毕业论文(设计)是教学计划的一个有机组成部分,是完成专业培养目标最后一个重要的教学环节,是学生在四年学习当中一项极为重要的成果展示。
为了切实做好外国语学院各专业本科毕业论文(设计)的工作,进一步提高各专业本科生毕业论文(设计)的水平和质量,外国语学院教学指导委员会根据学校的相关规定,特制定“四川大学外国语学院本科毕业论文(设计)要求”,本规定自发布之日起执行。
一、毕业论文(设计)组成最后提交的完整的毕业论文(设计)应包括三部分:1.一篇从第一外语(本专业外语)译成中文的约5000汉字的笔译译文。
2.一篇用第一外语(本专业外语)写作、正文字数不少于5000单词(日语不少于10000字)、合乎规范的毕业论文(以下简称毕业论文)。
3.四川大学本科毕业论文(设计)工作套表(以下简称工作套表),共七个表格(见附录3中的表1至表7)。
注:在以下叙述中,凡使用“毕业论文(设计)”的说法时指代以上所有三部分,主要是第一和第二条;使用“笔译原文”或“笔译译文”的说法时指代第一条;使用“毕业论文”的说法时指代第二条。
以上三部分最后都将装入学生的毕业论文(设计)档案袋。
二、毕业论文(设计)选题1.毕业论文(设计)选题应符合专业培养目标,体现教学计划的基本要求,达到毕业论文(设计)综合训练的目的。
2.笔译原文的内容应与毕业论文的内容相关。
例如,如果毕业论文是对美国华裔女作家谭恩美小说《喜福会》中的中国文化背景进行分析,那么笔译原文可以是有关谭恩美的生平介绍、谭恩美本人的随笔散文、评论《喜福会》(小说原文、据此改编的电影,或小说译本)的杂文或学术论文、将小说原文The Joy Luck Club中的某一章节译成汉语(必须由学生本人独立完成,不得抄袭或简单改写他人译本),等等。
3.毕业论文应选择属于外语专业范围内(包括文学、语言学、文化研究或翻译研究等)的题目,不选与外语专业关系不大或无关领域的题目(如经济、艺术、体育等);应选择恰当具体、难易适中的题目,不选大而广,过于深刻,或过于陈旧的题目,提倡“小题大做”,视角新颖,做到一人一题。

The English-Chinese thinking about translationThe translation is not only a kind of Language activity,but also a kind of thinking activity.It involves the conversion of two language. People think that translation is just replacing words from the original text with words in the other language. Translation is almost like rewriting the text in another language. The translator has to have a very deep understanding of the language he's translating from in order to really grasp the meaning .Language is not only the tool of thinking ,but also the result of thinking.The difference of English-Chinese thinking is the thinking difference between different nationalities which takes English or Chinese as native language.The difference between English and Chinese decide the different expression to the same topic. Different nationalities not only have different national culture ,but also have different thinking mode, thinking characteristics, thinking style and so on. English belongs to the Indo-European languages and Chinese belongs to the sino-Tibetan languages.People who speak Chinese in the world is the most,but the distribution of English is the most widely.The translation as a kind of activity which transform from one language to another language .In essence ,it is not only a linguistic activity but also a kind of thinking activity .Now ,I will reveal the influence of English-Chinese thinking difference on translation through the expression form of thinkingdifference.Due to different cultures, English and Chinese people have formed their own modes of thought, which influence their living ways greatly, especially their own languages.Mother tongues' influence is defined as the use elements from one's native language when people translate them into a second one .Instances of Chinese influence in English translation can be fond at the level of English phrase. The different background and different original works lead to different thinking way .The difference of the background of culture and of grammatical normality lead to the different thinking way. This different thinking way affects translation, while translation is a process of transformation of language. We must make clear the differences ,thus to direct us to translate.There are a large number of difference between the nations of the world in Pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, etc.But the thinking activity that people of all countries know to the essential of objective things is same.Accordingly,it is possible that different language can be translated.The translation process including the understanding of translator to the original process and the process which the translators recreate with purpose language .The accurate translation based on the correct comprehension to the original .Thinking difference will definitely affect the conversion between two languages.Accordingly,translators have to understand the difference between the different nationalities inthe translation process.The expression of English-Chinese thinking difference and it's affection to the translation mainly embodied in the following aspects:As we see, Chinese and English belong to two different language and cultural systems and there’re abundant differences between them. Obviously, people of these two languages have different ways of thinking. Thinking patterns have been clearly reflected on languages, as a result of which English is hypotactic and Chinese is paratactic. English people prefer individualism, which leads them to subordinate the recognized objects into small parts. While Chinese people like entirety, they prefer to take the world as a whole.
