随着社会的进步，经济全球化发展，信息技术的日新月异，企业面临的生存环境瞬息万变，竞争也日趋激烈。原有的传统的供应链管理下的采购管理已经不能满足如今企业的要求，需要进一步的发展。本文以供应链管理及相关的理论为基础，借鉴各企业的供应链管理下的采购管理策略进行研究和讨论，从采购管理入手，分析其现状，面临的问题，分析原因，进而寻找改善现状解决问题的方法。

In this paper, supply chain management and related theories, learn procurement management strategy of each enterprise supply chain management under study and discussion, starting from procurement management, analyze the current situation, the problems, analyze the causes, and then looking to improve the situation resolved
The third part for the first two parts, propose appropriate solutions, there are patterns to optimize programs and other issues that need attention.

第一部分通过对企业采购管理的重要性、现状两个方面描述原有的采购管理基本情况，引出供应链管理的新的采购管理。
第二部分从第一部分对企业采购管理的相关描述，从企业目前面临的采购问题及原因两方面对企业目前的采购进行分析。
