英文商务函电保险
保险对外运输货物保险是以对外贸易货物运输过程中的各种货物作为保险标的的保险。
外贸货物的运送有海运、陆运、空运以及通过邮政送递等多种途径。
这里主要将海洋运输货物保险。
海洋运输货物保险，按照国家保险习惯，可将各种险别分为主要附加、特别附加和特殊附加几种。
（一）主要险别平安险（Free from Particular Average，简称F.P.A.）平安险的保障范围只赔全部损失(General Average)，单独海损(Particular Average)不赔。
但在长期实践的过程中对平安险的责任范围进行了补么和修订，当前平安险的责任范围已经超出只赔全损的限制。
水渍险（with particular average，简称W.P.A.）水渍险的责任范围除了包括上列“平安险”的各项责任外，还负责被保险货物由于恶劣气候、雷电、海啸、地震、洪水等自然灾害所造成的部分损失。
一切险（All Risks）一切险的责任范围除包括上列“平安险”和“水渍险”的所有责任外，还包括货物在运输过程中，因各种外来原因所造成保险货物的损失。
不论全损或部分损失，除对某些运输途耗的货物，经保险公司与被保险人双约定在保险单上载明的免赔率外，保险公司都给予赔偿。
上述三种险别都有货物运输的基本险别，被保险人可以从中选择一种投保。
此外，保险人可以要求扩展保险期。
上述三种基本险别中，明确规定了除外责任。
所谓除外责任（exclusion）是指保险公司明确规定不予承保的损失或费用。
（二）附加险别，一般附加包括：1、偷窃提货不着险（Theft, Pilferage and Non-Delivery,简称T.P.N.D.）：保险有效期内，保险货物被偷走或窃走，以及货物运抵目的地以后，整件未交的损失，由保险公司负责赔偿。
2、淡水雨淋险（Fresh Water Rain Damage,简称F.W.R.D.）：货物在运输中，由于淡水、雨水以至雪溶所造成的损失，保险公司都应负责赔偿。
