Instruction

1. Business License of Legal Person of Enterprise is a certificate for the

enterprise to obtain the qualification of enterprise legal person and legal operation.

2. Business License of Legal Person of Enterprise is composed of the original

and duplicate, which have equal legal effects.

3. The original of the business license should be put in an eye-catching place

in the location of enterprise legal person.

4. The business license should not be forged, altered, leased, lent or

transferred.

5. When there are some changes in the registered items of enterprise legal

person, it should apply for change of the registration to enterprise

registration organ and reissue Business License of Legal Person of

Enterprise.

6. From Mar. 1 to Jun. 30 of each year, the registration organ will make an

annual inspection to the enterprise legal person.

7. If the Business License of Legal Person of Enterprise is withdrawn, the

enterprise should not be engaged in irrespective activities with liquidation.

8. When the enterprise cancels the registration, it should hand over the

original and duplicate of business license.

9. If the business license is lost or damaged, it should be canceled in the

press which is appointed by enterprise registration organ and apply to

reissue.
