Chinese food has been popular around the globe for hundreds of years, and there is no need for me to introduce it to you. It is a cuisine that is known for its diversity, taste, and nutritional value. This cuisine has a rich history and has developed into various styles, reflecting the local cultures and climates. One of the most striking features of Chinese cuisine is its diversity. It has eight regional cuisines, each with its unique style, flavor, and ingredients. These regions are Shandong, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Hunan, Fujian, Anhui, and Zhejiang. Despite the differences, they all share some common features. For instance, a large number of dishes have a delicate balance of flavors, including sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami. The second feature that makes Chinese food exceptional is its taste. The flavors of Chinese dishes are highly diversified, and the most common ones are spicy, sour, sweet, and salty. Chinese cuisine uses various seasonings ranging from ginger, Sichuan pepper, garlic, soy sauce, and fermented bean curd. The use of these seasonings in Chinese food is edited and unique, which makes it different from Western cuisine. The third characteristic that makes Chinese food remarkable is its nutritional value. Chinese cuisine is known to balance five colors and five flavors in every dish, making it one of the healthiestcuisines globally. The five colors are green, yellow, red, black, and white, and they represent the five vital organs in the body. As an example, green vegetables are known to be good for the liver, while white roots are responsible for strengthening the lungs. Moreover, Chinese cuisine has a long history and has evolved over the centuries. This cuisine has an enormous influence on cuisines across the world. For instance, dishes, such as kung pao chicken and sweet and sour pork, are some of the popular dishes enjoyed in various countries worldwide. This influence is due to Chinese migration and the expansion of the Chinese empire to different parts of Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. In conclusion, Chinese cuisine is one of the most diverse and flavorful cuisines globally. To make them follow this easy process. The first step is to mix the flour with water. when the dough is ready we can begin to make dumpling wrappers. we use a rolling pole to roll the dough into small thin and round pieces so that they will be easy to cook. when the wrappers are done it' s time to prepare the filling. Usually we use meat such as beef or mutton and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling. You may actually choose whatever you like to put into it. we must chop those things into small pieces. Then put some salt oil and other condiments into it and stir it evenly. When all these preparations are done we can start making dumplings. First put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. Then stick the two opposite sides together and then the rest. Don' t just cover the filling with the wrappers. The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship because when they are boiling in the pan they look like ships sailing in the sea. The smell can make your mouth water. 中国美⾷英⽂演讲稿篇2 As a country that pays great attention to courtesy, our cuisine culture is deep rooted in China''s history. As a visitor or guest in either a Chinese home orrestaurant you will find that table manners are essential and the distinctive courtesies displayed will invariably add to the enjoyment of your meals and keep you in high spirits! On the eighth day of the last month in the Chinese lunar calendar, people will enjoy a nourishing porridge called ''La Ba Zhou''. In ancient times, monks would kindly share all sorts of food grains with people and made them flavorful porridge on this particular day. People still keep this convention. In Central China, when a baby is born, the happy father will send red boiled eggs to announce the news. Eggs with a black pointed end and dots in an even number such as six or eight, indicates a boy''s birth; those without a black point and in an odd number like a five or seven will say the baby is a girl. In addition to these, fish has always been used to suggest the accumulation of prosperity and wealth with meals on New Year''s Eve. 中国美⾷英⽂演讲稿篇3 Here are different kinds of noodles in our country. In Shanxi the most famous noodle is sliced noodles in Guangdong it has dry fried noodles; in Si chuan people love spicy hot noodles very much. Born in Beijing and live in Beijing I love fried bean paste noodles the best. The fired bean paste noodles is very easy to cook. First of it you should slice the cucumber into pieces cook the soy bean and green bean for about ten minutes then put these material in a bowl. Second stir-frying the paste. Mix the minced meat ginger and green onion and then put them in the pan keep frying the paste until you can smell the aroma. Last put the paste onto the noodles you have prepare and add the cucumber soy bean and green bean to the noodles. The fried bean paste noodles are done. If you have time you can try this I sure you will love it. 中国美⾷英⽂演讲稿篇4 China is very famous for its food in the world. There are many kinds of food in China. Theyre Cantonese food Sichuan food Shanghai food Hunan food and so on. Generally speaking Cantonese food is a bit light Sichuan food is very hot Shanghai food is rather oily and Hunan dishes are very spicy having a strong and hot taste. In the south of China people eat a lot of rice and seafood. Chinese food is good in color flavor and taste. So I like it very much. 中国美⾷英⽂演讲稿篇5 My hometown is in Shaanxi, where there are many specialties and scenery. Although Shaanxi cuisine has not entered the eight major cuisines of China, the mutton paomo and Qishan saozi noodles in Shaanxi are very good. Next, I will talk about the mutton steamed bun in Shaanxi. In fact, we all know how to eat lamb paomo. We must break the bun into pieces. It is said that the soup of lamb paomo is very mellow. If you dont eat mutton and steamed bun in Shaanxi, its white. Be sure to eat. There is also a mirror cake here. Its sweet and delicious, and the color is very beautiful. There are many delicacies in Shaanxi. I wont tell you one by one here. Welcome to Shaanxi. Thank you! 中国美⾷英⽂演讲稿篇6 The most famous snack in my hometown is yuntun. Whenever I taste this delicious food, I feel relaxed and happy. Be patient when eating yuntun. If you are in a hurry and want to eat one at a time, yuntun will burn your mouth full of bubbles. Eating yuntun is also very exquisite. You can not only separate the skin from the sink, but also pierce the skin and eat for a long time. Guests who like spicy food can put some pepper before eating. On the National Day holiday, my mother took me to master Huangs wonton shop to taste the delicious wonton. They began to eat wonton. I saw that yuntun was thick in skin and meat, attractive in color, with long drums, which made people really want to eat one at a time. At this time. First, I picked up the pepper bottle and sprinkled pepper in the wonton soup. Then I picked the biggest one and carefully pricked the skin with chopsticks. Suddenly, a fragrance curled into my nostril. I couldnt help but drool. I took a bite of the skin first. Its very chewy. Then a mass of red meat ran out of yuntuns skin mischievously. It seems to be looking at me mischievously. At this time, I can no longer resist the temptation of the meat pit and cant wait to take a bite. The feeling of tenderness and smoothness comes naturally, which makes me not bear to swallow the delicious and juicy yuntun. I just want to let yuntun taste in my mouth for a long time. I ate seven in a row, which made my belly swell. My mother said I was a glutton when she saw how delicious I was. Ah, who makes yuntun so delicious! I would rather be a glutton, but also to taste this world food. Back home, the fragrance of yuntun still overflows in the mouth! How about listening to my introduction, everyone must be drooling! Lets have a taste of this memorable food - yuntun bar! 中国美⾷英⽂演讲稿篇7 When it comes to Shuangliao, my hometown, it is not only beautiful in scenery, but also famous in the world for all kinds of snacks. A bite of it will make your mouth linger and make your aftertaste endless. Northeast Jiaozi is one of the snacks. Lets taste it with me! If you want to eat it, you have to make it. Ill teach you how to make it. First, make some noodles soft, then make them into a small dough, and then roll the dough into a thin skin with a rolling pin. After rolling, it looks like a big moon. Then its time to make stuffing. Put whatever stuffing you like, for example. I like to eat the flavor of leek and egg, so I choose some good leek and fresh egg, fry the egg first, and then put some seasoning, which can make the dumplings more fragrant. Finally, mix them together, and the filling will be done. Then, take out the rolled skin, wrap the stuffing, seal the mouth, and knead it about seven or eight times on the mouth. Dont squeeze the stuffing out, then put the wrapped dumplings into the pot together, and then wait. The dumplings we have been looking forward to will come out of the pot, and our mood will boil like the water for cooking dumplings. Soon the dumplings will be cooked and float on the water like little Yuanbao. (remember not to cook too long) they can be pulled out of the pot. Look at the crystal white dumplings, white, fat and lovely. No one can help but want to have a bite. The intoxicating taste is in your mouth Long march. As the saying goes: "its better to lie down than to sit, and its better to eat than dumplings.". Bite open dumplings, the fragrance of leeks and the embellishment of golden eggs, is really a delicious food with good color, fragrance and taste. When you come to my hometown, I invite you to eat the Northeast jiaozi, which is a snack here. It will help you to have a good time. Come on! 中国美⾷英⽂演讲稿篇8 China is very famous for its food in the world. There are many kinds of food in China. Theyre Cantonese food Sichuan food Shanghai food Hunan food and so on. 向英国朋友介绍中国美食英语作文My Favorite Chinese FoodsHi, my English friend! I'm so excited to tell you all about my favorite Chinese foods. Chinese cuisine is one of the most delicious in the world with so many amazing dishes. Let me tell you about some of the tastiest ones.Dumplings are one of my absolute favorites! They are little pouches made of dough and stuffed with yummy fillings like pork, vegetables, or even sweet things like red bean paste. My mom makes the best pork and cabbage dumplings. She folds them into adorable little shapes like roses or bunnies. We eat them boiled, steamed, or pan-fried and dip them in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil. Slurping up that first hot dumpling fresh off the steamer is just heavenly!Another dish I go crazy for is Kung Pao chicken. It's made with chicken, peanuts, vegetables like bell peppers and celery, and a spicy sauce. The sauce has a great kick from chili peppers but is also sweet and savory from soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. My grandma adds a secret ingredient that makes it extra delicious – she says it's just a pinch of love! The sauce coats everypiece of chicken and crunchy peanut. I always eat it over a big bowl of steamed rice to soak up all that yummy sauce.Speaking of rice, another favorite of mine is yang zhou fried rice. It's made by frying rice with eggs, vegetables like carrots and peas, and yummy bits of Chinese sausage and shrimp. The rice gets this amazing smoky flavor from being cooked in a scorching hot wok with oil. My dad is a fried rice master and always lets me help by cracking the eggs right into the hot wok. The sizzling sound is music to my ears! Then there are the noodles – hand-pulled noodles are so fun to watch being made! Noodle masters stretch and swing long strands of dough through the air, magnificently transforming it into amazingly long, chewy noodles. My favorite way to eat them is in a beef noodle soup, slurping up those chewy noodles along with tender braised beef and a rich beef broth.Dim sum is a whole other world of deliciousness I need to tell you about. It's Cantonese cuisine featuring dozens of small plates of dumplings, buns, rice noodle rolls, and other bite-sized treats. My uncle takes me to the best dim sum houses where we pick all the dishes off rolling carts. My top picks are barbecue pork buns (fluffy white buns filled with sweet, smoky pork), shrimp dumplings (little pouches bursting with shrimp and pork),and rice noodle rolls stuffed with shrimp, beef, or doused in soy sauce. They're all steaming hot and so yummy, especially when dipped in chili sauce, duck sauce or mustard.Chinese desserts are amazing too! Egg tarts are my favorite –a crispy tart shell holds a creamy, sweet egg custard filling. Mango pudding is another treat – it's a velvety, freshmango-flavored pudding that melts in your mouth. And you've got to try tanghulu – it's Chinese candied fruit like strawberries, grapes or hawthorn on a skewer, coated in a sweet, crystallized sugar glaze. They're so pretty and the sugar crunches when you bite into the juicy fruit inside. There are so many other dishes I haven't even covered like Peking duck, hotpot, scallion pancakes and more. Chinese cuisine is just endless when it comes to tasty foods! The flavors are so rich, from savory sauces like soy, hoisin and oyster to mouth-tingling spices and fresh herbs like ginger, garlic and scallions. Cooking techniques like stir-frying, steaming and smoky wok-frying give amazing flavors too.I can't wait until you visit China so I can take you to all my favorite restaurants, dumpling houses and night markets to try everything! Chinese food is the best – it's so delicious and there'salways more to discover. Let me know if you want me to save you an extra egg tart!Your friend,[Your Name]。

When all these preparations are done we can start making dumplings. First put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. Then stick the two opposite sides together and then the rest. Don t just cover the filling with the wrappers. The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship because when they are boiling in the pan they look like ships sailing in the sea. The smell can make your mouth water.。

And it is also popular in other Chinese holidays or festivals,so it is part of the Chinese culture or tradition.I like eating dumpling not because I am from Northern China but because itis really very delicious and stand for reunion. My family usually eat dumplingwhen all the members of family come together. Making dumplings with my sistersis the happiest thing for me.Chinese dumpling is one of the most important foods in Spring Festival.Since the Spring Festival marks the first day of a brand new year, the firstmeal is rather important. People from north and south have different habits ofthe food, so they eat different foods on this special day. In Northern China, people usually eat dumplings.Chinese dumpling is a delicious food. You can make a variety of Chinesedumplings with different fillings. It depends on your taste and how variousingredients mixed together by you.Usually if you have Chinese dumpling for dinner, you will not have to cookanything else except for some big occasions. The dumpling itselfis good enoughfor dinner. This is one of the advantages of Chinese dumpling over other foods, though it may take longer time to make them. Making dumplings is really teamwork. All family members often makedumplings together. It is also a good time to share their stories with eachother. I started to make dumplings when I was a kid in my family, so mostChinese like me know how to make dumplings.美食主题的英语演讲稿2Nian Gao:The northerners eat Jiao Zi, but southerners like to eat Nian Gao,which translates to New Year Cake . It is reported that these foodstuff rangesfrom substandard milk powder, dyed steamed buns to pork with lean meatpowder.Fake commodities are harmful in many ways. To begin with, it is a waste ofresource, especially in our country. Second, it has bad effect on the reputationof the real manufacturers and brings about moral Crisis.Above all, all that matters is food. Peoples health and lives are severelythreatened if someone buys some unsafe foodstuff.Measures should be taken to deal with the problem. On the one hand, strictlaws should be passed to punish the producers and the sellers. On the otherhand, consumers should be told to distinguish the genuine goods from the falseones. At the same time, the government shouldstrengthen the supervision of allaspects of food.I firmly believe this problem will be solved in the near future.美食主题的英语演讲稿4Dumpling is a traditional chinese food. Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is my great pleasure to stand here today and share with you the delicious and diverse world of Chinese snacks. Chinese snacks, as an integral part of our culinary heritage, have a long history and rich variety. They are a reflection of our culture, history, and regional characteristics. In this speech, I will introduce some famous Chinese snacks, their origin, and the unique flavors that make them stand out.Firstly, let's talk about dumplings. Dumplings are a popular snack in China, especially during the Chinese New Year. They are made of thinly rolled dough, stuffed with various fillings such as pork, shrimp, or vegetables, and then steamed or fried. The origin of dumplings can be traced back to the Han Dynasty (206 BC – 220 AD). The filling and cooking method have evolved over time, but the core essence remains the same. The process of making dumplings is not only a culinary skill but also a cultural tradition. It symbolizes wealth and prosperity, as the shape of dumplings resembles ancient Chinese money.Next, we have mooncakes. Mooncakes are a traditional Chinese pastry, especially associated with the Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month. They are round in shape, symbolizing the moon. Mooncakes are usually filled with sweet or savory ingredients such as lotus seed paste, red bean paste, or egg yolk. The outer crustis made of wheat flour, and the texture is soft and chewy. Mooncakes have a long history, dating back to the Song Dynasty (960 – 1279). They are not only a delicious treat but also a way to express our gratitude to the moon and the harvest.Moving on to another famous snack, we have Peking duck. Peking duck is a classic dish from Beijing, and it is one of the most iconic symbols of Chinese cuisine. The duck is bred in a special way, then roasted to perfection. The skin is crispy and golden, while the meat is tender and juicy. The most traditional way to serve Peking duck is to slice it thinly and wrap it in thin pancakes with scallions, cucumber slices, and sweet bean sauce. Peking duck has a unique flavor, which is a combination of savory, sweet, and slightly salty. It is a must-try dish for anyone visiting Beijing. In addition to these famous snacks, there are countless other delicious Chinese snacks that are worth mentioning. For example, there is the famous hotpot, which is a communal dish that brings people together. Hotpot is a type of stew that is cooked at the table, and diners can dip various ingredients, such as thinly sliced meat, vegetables, tofu, and seafood, into a simmering broth. Sichuan hotpot is particularly famousfor its spicy and numbing flavor, which is achieved through the use of Sichuan peppercorns.Another popular snack is the sweet rice ball, known as tangyuan in Chinese. It is a sticky rice ball filled with sweet sesame paste or red bean paste, and it is typically served in a light syrup. Tangyuan is a traditional snack for the Lantern Festival, which is the last day of the Chinese New Year. It symbolizes reunion and happiness, as the ball is round in shape.Chinese snacks are not only delicious but also have profound cultural significance. They are a reflection of our ancestors' wisdom andcreativity in food preparation. In today's world, Chinese snacks have become increasingly popular worldwide, and more and more people are appreciating the unique flavors and cultural heritage that they represent. In conclusion, Chinese snacks are an essential part of our culinary heritage, and they are a testament to the richness and diversity of Chinese culture. Whether it is the savory dumplings, the sweet mooncakes, or the famous Peking duck, each snack has its own story and unique flavor. I hope that through this speech, I have been able to introduce you to some of the wonders of Chinese snacks, and I encourage you to try them and experience the deliciousness for yourself.Thank you for your attention.。
