围绕着我们的工作和谈判任务,我们开始了一系列的准备。

1、组织小组成员开会并主持讨论,协调组员之间的沟通。

作为小组组长,首要的工作就是组织小组的工作准备流程。

我们整个谈判的准备的时间是两个星期,在两个星期中,开了三次讨论会议,每次的讨论都有着不同的目的,第一次会议是小组成员的初次交流,先建立团队熟悉感,还有问题的初步认知,初步确定我们谈判的方向。

二次会议则是确定谈判主题,谈判细则,谈判条款,然后进行明确的分工。

三次会议是谈判前的热身和细节补充,就准备好了的谈判方案和合同进行修改和完善,并初步练习谈判时的情景。

就这样我们的准备阶段经过了三次会议的讨论,每次的会议通知和组员关系协调工作都由我来做。

2、谈判技巧与策略的商定、资料的查找与温习作为主谈,要与其他辅谈商定谈判时使用的谈判策略,定好谈判方案,确定谈判策略后要知道在什么时候利用此策略,在什么情况下利用该策略能发挥更好的效果。

同时,想要在谈判时占据有利地位,必须对我方的产品有足够的认识,并且要找一些实证资料来作支撑,也要了解谈判对手的弱势,这样在谈判时才能进行有利的论证和反驳。

因此在谈判中,我们能够很好地运用我们之前准备的策略,一步步地按我们的方案走下去,虽然最后双方没有达成一致,没有交易成功,但是我们的策略运用、快速反应能力得到了很好的效果。
