Masoneilan 公司生产的阀门的执行机构通常设计采用 1/4 英寸美国标准锥管螺纹接口连 接空气供应管线。所有空气管线要采用 1/4 英寸外径管子或相等尺寸的管子。如果空气管线 长度超过 25 英尺或此阀门装有体积增压器的话,则采用 3/8 英寸管子更为合适。所有的管 线接头必须无泄漏。 注意:所用的阀的执行机构不能超压。请参看相应阀的执行机构说明书。 6. 阀体拆卸(图 4、5 或 12) 注意:在进行此类阀门的维修之前,要将阀门与工艺管线隔离,把管线中的工艺质压力排出, 并切断对此阀门的空气供应和信号空气或停止对装置供电。

梅索尼兰21000系列调节阀设计特点21000 系列不平衡内件的单座重荷型顶部导向控制阀的通用性设计,使其很好地适应各种控制应用。

标准特性包括:1、顶部导向稳固的重荷型顶部阀芯导向为阀芯稳定性提供了出色的动态支持。

单级或双级2、Lo-dB®/抗气蚀内件可以 Lo-dB® 内件/抗气蚀设计代替传统的阀芯,提供了出色的噪音衰减或气蚀控制。

3、低容量和小流量内件全系列阀门尺寸中缩小阀内件可提供很宽的流量范围。

也可提供满足小流量要求的可选内件。

4、高压特性可提供各种执行机构处理高压降需求。

技术规范泄漏等级中允许的压力降数值可参照梅索尼兰文档 PH1080,也可通过梅索尼兰Valspeq® 计算与选型程序计算。

5、紧密关断能力IV 级关断是标准等级。

可选结构满足 IEC 534-60534-4 标准和ANSI/FCI 70.2 V 与 VI 级的要求。

6、加硬的内件可用于处理高压降应用的标准的加硬的内件。

选用合金钢阀体,阀门内件经过表面硬化阀座、阀杆、阀芯均选用不锈钢316材质。

7、内件类型标准结构可提供快速替换或带有螺纹的阀座结构。

该内件为不平衡内件,无需使用密封环或先导阀芯。

8、环境填料可选用低泄漏LE® 填料确保了遵守最新的环境法规要求。

Masoneilan调节阀一、简介1882年,梅森调节器公司成立;1931年,梅森公司收购洛杉矶的尼兰公司,成立梅索尼兰调节器公司;1985年,正式加入德莱赛工业公司。

100多年的阀门研发、设计、生产和服务的历史保证其在蒸汽、气体和液体流动调节设备领域的领先地位。

其对世界调节阀领域的贡献包括:流量系数(Cv)及压力恢复系数(FL)概念的提出及在全世界的推广使用(1944年);调节阀顶部导向和底部导向技术的率先开发;可靠的调节阀口径计算及过程噪音预测方法;第一台通用调节阀(Camflex)产品的研制成功及在全世界的广泛应用。

二、技术特点1.顶部导向阀杆设计确保阀门及时在恶劣的工况条件下也能达到最大的稳定性。

所有阀芯的阀杆导向部位采用加强设计,有效防止阀门振动,利于阀门调节过程的精确和稳定;2.阀塞和阀座密封面全部采用精细加工配合实现线密封,关键阀芯密封采用堆焊司太立硬质合金,阀塞表面渗氮硬化处理设计,保证阀门使用寿命长;3.高温阀,尤其蒸汽系统阀门,介质温度很高,为保护盘根密封采用延长阀盖设计,阀杆采用660系列高等级不锈钢;4.在阀门关键密封面大量采用硬质合金或表面硬化处理的不锈钢衬套设计,保证阀门使用寿命长;5.全部为快速更换阀芯,整个阀芯装配中没有任何的螺栓或焊接等方式的硬连接。

关键词:萨姆森调节阀调校气动定位器1 前言萨姆森调节阀是德国SAMSON公司生产的高性能调节阀,适用于生产装置的自动控制,康派司公司设计的江阴聚酯工程中使用了大量的萨姆森气动调节阀(98台),在工程施工中,结合这种调节阀使用说明书的技术要求和以往施工经验,与常用电气阀门定位器的特点和原理进行比较,系统掌握这种先进调节阀的调试。

本文重点对这种调节阀的调试要求和调试注意事项进行总结。

2 调节阀结构与性能2.1 调节阀整体结构萨姆森的这款调节阀从总体结构上看其他调节阀没有太大区别,它是由阀体,执行机构及电/气阀门定位器组成,其采用模块化设计,可以方便的通过更换现有的执行机构,改变动作形式,并且可以将标准类型扩展成带隔离段或金属波纹管的类型,如果做为微流量调节阀,可以将常用的阀座-阀芯组合,用金属波纹管形所替代。

此款调节阀只有流开型,故障-安全动作分两种即执行器杆伸长、执行器杆收缩型,与国内调节阀说法虽有不同,但是功能相同,这里所谓的调节阀执行器杆伸长型,既当信号压力减少或供电故障时,压缩弹簧带动执行器杆向下移动,将阀门关闭。

当信号压力重新增加时,通过抵抗压缩弹簧力而使阀门打开(执行器杆伸长型用FA表示)。

执行器杆收缩型,既当信号压力减少或供电故障时,压缩弹簧带动执行器杆向上移动,将阀门打开。

当信号压力重新增加时,通过抵抗压缩弹簧力而使阀门关闭(执行器杆收缩型用FE表示)。

为了获得最大的定位力(阀门在全开,全关状态下),可以预调执行器上膜头弹簧预应力来达到,如0.02-0.1MPa的弹簧范围,可以调整为0.03-0.11MPa。

执行器杆伸长型,执行器杆收缩型,可以通过翻转上膜头组件来完成。

• 选型考虑, • 1. 对于输水阀, 由于严重的闪蒸工况, 我们在选择 阀门时着重考虑了液体变为气体时极大的体积膨 胀因素, 阀门的出口口径非常重要.口径小了容易 产生阻塞流, (阀门开度再大,也不能提高流量) . 我们采用较大的阀体阀腔, 对阀芯进行缩径, 保证 闪蒸工况下的较大的流通能力. • 2. 对于泵的循环阀和旁路阀, 由于气蚀现象严重, 阀门结构必须考虑抗气蚀措施. 尤其是第22项 (10MPA 差压), 我们采用了极为严格的抗气蚀措 施, 用多级叠片式VRT 阀心. 保证将气蚀带来的危 害降到最低.

调节阀特性术语
气蚀(Cavitation)与闪蒸(Flashing):
据伯奴利方程,管道内流体的流速提高,压力就会下降。管道节流 处流体速度大幅度提高。压力急剧下降。
如果液体流经管道节流处的压力高于或低于汽化压力(PV)将产生 汽蚀或闪蒸现象。气蚀与闪蒸是由于管道节流引起的。阀门就相当于管道 的节流元件。

1. 顶部导向阀杆设计确保阀门即使在恶劣的工况下也能达到最大的稳定性。


有阀芯的阀杆导向部位,采用加强设计,有效防止阀门振动,利于阀门调节过程的稳定和精确。

2. 阀塞和阀座密封面全部采用精细加工配合实现线密封,关键阀芯密封采用堆
焊司太力硬质合金,阀塞表面渗氮硬化处理设计,保证阀门使用寿命长。

3. 高温阀,尤其蒸汽系统阀门,介质温度很高,为保护盘根密封采用延长阀盖
(Extension)阀盖设计,阀杆采用660系列高等级不锈钢。

4. 在阀门关键密封面大量采用硬质合金或表面硬化处理的不锈钢衬套设计,保

5. 全部为快速更换阀芯,整个阀芯装配中没有任何的螺栓或焊接等方式的硬连
