中学体育寒假作业:每天长跑2000米开学测耐力每天2000米长跑训练耐力;俯卧撑20×5组/次、引体向上(男)10个或哑铃训练(女)上肢力量;屈腿仰卧起坐30×4组/次和仰卧举腿30×4组/次锻炼腰腹力量……这不是健身房教练开出的课程表,而是成都七中今年寒假布置给所有学生的假期体育作业。
不要以为这些作业是学校布置起耍的。
昨日上午,成都七中通过官方微信公众号告知家长和学生,开学时学校将对每个学生进行测试,测试结果将纳入学期体育成绩评定,占比20%。
每日长跑2000米开学当堂测耐力这并不是成都七中给全校学生第一次布置体育作业。
“但今年和往年不一样:往年我们是要求学生在一个假期内完成20公里跑步,这次则是明确了每天跑2000米。
每日保持一定锻炼量,更能锻炼学生耐力素质。
”学校体育老师杜凯说。
学生会佩戴手环完成跑步,然后上传运动数据,方便老师监看吗?“不会。
”杜凯坦言,学生是否按规按量完成体育作业,一是靠学生自觉,二是靠家长督促。
“另外,我们开学后会对所有学生进行随堂测试,测试结果将按20%的比例纳入学期体育成绩评定。
”据了解,成都七中执行的是体育成绩和“评优”挂钩的政策,不管是评三好,还是优干,体育成绩都必须在良好及以上。
男生上肢力量差首次布置引体向上引体向上项目今年第一次进入成都七中的体育作业单,学校将及格线设定为10个。
杜凯告诉记者,引体向上是七中男生失分最严重的项目,“每年及格率只有50%左右”。
女生的上肢力量情况也不容乐观。
记者昨日从成都市教育局了解到,成都市每年都会对学生进行体能测试,引体向上为男生必测项目。
有意思的是,2013年,成都市中学生引体向上第一名就出自成都七中,官方登记成绩为33个。
这名学生名叫吕佩弦,去年考入了南京理工大学。
“他第一次参加校运会,就以48个引体向上的成绩,打破了学校纪录。
”杜凯对他印象十分深刻,他还有个双胞胎的哥哥,两兄弟并不是体育特长生,但体育成绩都好,主要是父母重视孩子体育锻炼。
