 维修CPU板注意事项:上电时同时按住“↑”“E”“prog”三键可进入CPU板额定电流修改功能。

3-10安装调速器电源接线连接(1型、2型、3型、4型与5型)警 告!电源端子承载着可能致命的电压。

在没有事先断开设备所有电源的情况下,禁止操作任何控制设备或者电机。

三相外部接触器(3、4)三相外部接触器应该连接在主交流电源接头上,并可为相关控制器提供适当的额定电源(交流1)。

接触器不会切换电流,并且主要用来断开电流并为电桥进行排序。

主接触器必须通过将线圈连接至端子3(进线)和4(中线)的方式,直接从控制器上获得电压。

由于另外串联接触器或者Array转换器将妨碍对控制器进行排序并造成不可靠性以及可能出现故障等问题,因此不允许使用。

在电源板上提供继电器跳线(CONN1),能够为端子3和端子4通电(辅助电源),或者使之无电压(对于用户自有接触器电源)。

请参阅第十三章:注意事项:如果三相接触器有一个涌入电流大于3A的线圈,则从属继电器必须用来驱动这个电流继电器线圈。

接触器与从属继电器(如果需要的话)的线圈电压必须与控制器附属供电电压相互兼容。

一、概述590系列中所有的控制算法都由高速单片微处理器(单片机)完成,控制软件的结构及微处理器的工作速度可保证所有控制回路的调节作用在主电路六个可控硅桥的转换时间之内完成,以保证电流环的的采样时间小于3.3ms(50Hz电源)或2.67ms(60HZ电源),速度环算法运算也可在此时间内完成,以获得优越的动态性能。

对可逆装置,转矩(电流)反向时的无环流时间非常短(且可由软件设定,出厂时设定为1ms),使电流环对冲击负载具有优越的性能和响应。

全数字直流调速装置具有一套扩展的可控硅触发控制电路,可获得210°的移相控制范围,可同时适用于功率相同的电机电枢电压单向及双向可逆控制。

机内提供的一套自整定(self-tune)算法,可自动计算出控制装置和电机组合一体后,电流环的P、I常数及电流断续点,这一功能只需在操作键上作一个简单的操作就可获得,使系统获得最佳的动能特性,大大缩短了调试时间。

电流环还具备自适应功能、即使在负载变化较大时。

系统也能获得平稳的速度响应。

速度环的PI参数调节范围很大,且具有积分分离功能。

主要性能指标如下:速度范围: 100:1 测速器反馈稳定状态精确度 :● 带数字设定值的0.01%编码器反馈(串行连接或者P3) ● 0.1%模拟转速反馈 ● 2 %电压反馈 ● 使用QUADRALOC Mk II 5720数字控制器的绝对精确度(0.0%误差)注意事项:长期模拟精确度取决于测速器温度的稳定性。

派克SSD590调速器报警及故障处理当调速器出现跳闸时,显示屏会立即出现一条信息,说明跳闸原因,可能出现的跳闸消息如报警信息:当跳闸发生时,MMI上将出现一个报警信息,“报警状态”(ALARM STATUS)菜单中同时显示跳闸信息。

“正常存储”(HEALTH STORE)和“正常字”(HEALTH WORD)显示十六进制值的参数信息,或者当出现一个以上的报警时显示十六进值的总和。

这样,单一的值可能代表着一个报警或多个报警。

注:十六进制指的是在计数时以16为基数而不是以10为基数的通常算法。

所使用的16上“数字“是从0—9 A—F,因此,一个8位字节由00 到FF范围内的两个字符来表示,而一个16位字则由0000到FFFF范围内的四个字符来表示。

最后报警(LAST ALARM)“最后报警”所显示的是已经显示过的最后报警信息。

要将这一参数复位,只需简单的按一下向下按钮就可以清除报警。

也可以将辅助电源开关关闭后再开启,显示示“无有效的报警”(NO ACTIVE ALARMS).正常字(HEALTH WORD)这一参数用来持续监控调速器的状态,当添加或清除报警时,显屏将立即更新,显示这些报警的十六进制总和。

当“启动”C3 输入为高电平,且当没有跳闸条件存在时,其值回复到0X0000正常存储(HEALTH STORE)它显示的是引起跳闸的第一次报警的十六进制值。

速度仪校准板与电机转速的关系用直流测速电机作反馈源,对应的就是测速仪校准板了。

此板支援校准范围为10—199V 的交流和直流模拟测速电机。

测速仪校准电压,用两个10 路直排开关为个位和十位。

用一个 1 路开关为百位。

校准板的设置电压直、测速电机的最高转速/ 最高电压和主电机的最高转速,三者之间是有一固定的计算公式的。

用此公式就可以计算出主电机在额定转速下,所要校准板的设置电压值。

设用此公式计算出主电机额定转速下校准板的电压值为V ,V1 大于V ,V2 小于V ,那么:当把V1 作为校准板的设置电压值时,在最高速度时主电机会运转在额定转速之上,那是不允许的;当把V2 作为校准板的设置电压值时,主电机就会运转在小于额定转速之内;就是说如果把V 作为校准板的设置值时,主电机就会运转在额定转速以内,这是我们需要的。

此公式是:V 校准= (V 测÷R 测)×R 主V 校准:校准板的设置电压值;V 测:测速电机的额定电压值;R 测:测速电机的额定转速;R 主:主电机的额定转速。

例:一直流电机额定转速为540—1200R/mian ,测速电机额定转速为2000R/mian ,额定电压为110V ,请设置校准板的对应电压值。

V 校准= (V 测÷R 测)×R 主=110÷2000×1200=66 (V )即:校准板的设置电压为66V 。

在使用电机时,很多时候发现电机的加减速时间不理想,对生产造成一定的影响。

为此就要把电机的加减速时间作些调整。

C8 低态时为速度输入量,C8 高态时为电流量(电流控制方式),不可修改。

默认功能为斜坡速度输入,可修改。

A5 模拟输入 4。

默认功能为辅助(负)电流箝位,默认功能下由 C6 确定其是否使用。

C6 为低态时不使用此功能,C6 为高态时使用其功能来对负电流进行箝位。

可修改。

A6 模拟输入 5。

默认功能为主电流箝位或辅助(正)电流箝位,默认功能下由 C6 切换其输入功能,C6 为低态时为主电流箝位,同时作用于正负电流的箝位,可修改。

A7 模拟输出 1。

默认功能为速度反馈输出,可修改。

A8 模拟输出 2。

默认功能为速度给定输出,可修改。

A9 模拟输出 3。

默认功能为电流反馈输出,不可修改。

功能模块编程
功能块编程是一种非常灵活的控制
结构,它的多种组合使得用户功能
