About a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory and enviable jobs after graduation, while at current situation, about 30% of graduate students can’t find a job but stay at home after graduation.Employment difficulty of college students is due to the following reasons. Among these, the increasing recruitment of colleges and universities plays a vital role. 1:Difficult employment of studentsCollege students can not find an ideal job has always been the most concerned problem. Some people say that college students lack social experience, and most companies are reluctant to employ graduates without practical experience. Others think that almost all graduates think that they should get higher salary than their ability. In my opinion, I think students should pay attention to enrich their social experience by doing some basic work, instead of blindly expecting high salary. Most mathematics students are not willing to do the most basic work at the beginning, but for graduates, the lack of experience is A very important reality is that most graduates think that basic work can neither bring them money nor benefit, so they will not choose to do so. Most students just miss the opportunity to become a potential person in a certain field.Second, most companies are too strict with graduates. Some companies think that students without practical work experience are notqualified for the post Some companies put forward strict requirements for students, such as a certain height, male or female, graduated from a national famous university, and obtained a certain certificate. These companies should meet these requirements for students.Anyone can become a genius in a certain field, so these companies may miss some talents. Third, China is In a country with a large population, the competition among students is very fierce. The limited job demand and a large number of students rush into the employment market at the same time, which will increase the unemployment rate of students. In a word, not only do students have limited ability to find a job with higher salary, but also the social environment also aggravates the difficulty of finding ideal job. Graduates should not only pay attention to improving their ability of handling affairs, but also learn to adjust their horizons and find new opportunities to live a better life.

Job hunting has always been a headache forcollege students. Though many graduates areemployed right after graduation, some are not. Mostserious of all, some still have no idea where to go working even a long time after graduation. The reasons for this phenomenon are various. On the one hand, a few years ago collegesand universities enrolled so many students in popular majors, such as economy, finance andso on that the number of graduates was greater than the needin the market. On the otherhand, most graduates wouldrather stay in large cities without suitable job to do than go tothe country. I reckon this problem can be solved if both colleges and students take measures. First, theyshould research the market and develop special skills to suit its need. Second, student s’attitude towards employment should be changed. They should go to small cities andcountry. There they can also give full play to their professional knowledge. In a word, if we pay muchattention, the situation can be improved.

With the increase of the number of graduated college students, the grim employment situation is becoming a hot topic. Why such a phenomenon occurs? Except for some social factors, there are many important affecting factors can be found on the job-hunters themselves. When a graduate hunts for a job, he has to take the priority issue of a few significant factors into consideration, such as the pay, the specific field, the location and personal hobbies. It is reasonable. However, most of graduates usually combone all these factors toghther. In their opinions, the pay should take the first place, since they have been spending the money of the family all the time, and it’s time to do something as the reward to other family members. Besides, a high pay usually means a relatively high position in the company; the major is the number one element as well, since it would be a big waste of what they have learned in college, if they deviate from it. Meanwhile, they want to chose work which can agree with their interest and preference. Still they offer the pride of place to the location of the job and the nature of the work unit. They believe that big cities like Beijing or Shanghai will providemore opportunities, and a public situation will offer better welfare.

English:After graduating from college, students usually face the choice between finding a job or pursuing further education. Some choose to enter the workforce immediately, in order to start gaining practical experience and financial independence. Others opt to continue their studies, either to gain more specialized knowledge in their field or to pursue advanced degrees for better career opportunities. Both paths have their own advantages and challenges. For those who choose to work, they may have the opportunity to apply what they have learned in school to real-life situations, develop professional skills, and build a network of contacts. On the other hand, further education can provide the chance to deepen one's understanding of a particular subject, conduct research, and engage in academic pursuits. Some may find success and satisfaction in their careers with a bachelor's degree, while others may need advanced degrees to achieve their desired goals.

The Merits of Slow Employment. In today's fast-paced society, where job opportunities and career paths are constantly evolving, the concept of "slow employment" has emerged as a viable alternative to the traditional "graduate and get a job" mindset. Slow employment refers to the practice of taking a deliberate, less hurried approach to finding one's first job after graduation, often involving internships, part-time work, travel, or other activities to enrich personal growth and exploration before embarking on a full-time career. This essay aims to delve into the various benefits of slow employment and why it should be encouraged.Firstly, slow employment offers graduates an opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth. Upon graduation, many young individuals are faced with the pressure to immediately secure a job and begin their careers. However, this haste can often lead to making hastydecisions that may not align with one's true interests or long-term goals. By embracing slow employment, graduates have the time and space to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and passions, allowing them to make more informed decisions about their future career paths. Thisself-awareness can lead to more satisfying and fulfilling careers in the long run.Secondly, slow employment provides valuable real-world experience that can enhance employability. During this period, graduates can engage in internships, volunteer work, or part-time jobs that offer practical experience in their field of interest. This experience not only helps them develop skills and competencies that are highly.。

In recent years, the concept of delayed employment has become increasingly prevalent among young graduates. This phenomenon, often referred to as taking a "gap year" or "gap semester," involves individuals choosing to defer enteringthe workforce or pursuing further education immediately after completing their studies. There are various reasons why young people might opt for this path, and it is important toexplore the implications of this trend.Firstly, delayed employment can provide a valuable opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery. Manyyoung adults feel that they have spent most of their lives in an academic environment and are eager to explore the world beyond their classrooms. Taking time off to travel, volunteer, or engage in other enriching experiences can help them gain a broader perspective on life and clarify their career goals.Secondly, the competitive job market has led some graduates to seek ways to enhance their employability. By participating in internships, part-time jobs, or professional development programs during their gap period, they canacquire practical skills and build a network that can give them an edge when they eventually enter the job market. However, delayed employment is not without its drawbacks. There is a financial cost associated with taking time off, as individuals may not be earning a regular income. Additionally, there is the risk of falling behind in the job market, as employers may prefer candidates who have been continuously employed or have more recent experience.Another concern is the potential for a gap in the resume, which could raise questions from prospective employers. Graduates must be prepared to articulate the value of their gap experience and demonstrate how it has contributed totheir professional development. In conclusion, delayed employment can be a beneficial choice for some individuals, allowing them to gain life experience, develop new skills, and mature personally before embarking on their professional careers. However, it is crucial for those considering this path to carefully weigh the pros and cons, and to ensure that their time away from formal employment is spent productively and purposefully.。

以后的就业问题英语作文The Future of Employment。
With the rapid development of technology, the future of employment has become a topic of concern for many people. Some argue that new technologies will create more job opportunities, while others believe that automation will lead to significant job losses. In my opinion, the future of employment will be a combination of both.On the one hand, new technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotics will undoubtedly lead to the automation of many jobs. For example, self-driving carswill replace human drivers, and robots will replace factory workers. This will result in job losses in certain industries, and it will be a challenge for many people to find new employment opportunities. On the other hand, new technologies will also create new job opportunities. For example, as more companies adoptartificial intelligence and machine learning, there will be a growing demand for data scientists and engineers who can develop and maintain these systems. In addition, new technologies will also create new industries, such as virtual reality and augmented reality, which will require skilled workers.Furthermore, as our population continues to age, there will be a growing demand for healthcare workers. This is a field that is unlikely to be automated, and it will provide many job opportunities in the future. Similarly, as climate change becomes a more pressing issue, there will be a growing demand for workers in the renewable energy sector. In conclusion, the future of employment will be a combination of job losses due to automation and new job opportunities created by new technologies. It will be important for individuals to adapt to these changes by acquiring new skills and staying up-to-date with the latest technological developments. By doing so, they will bebetter prepared to navigate the changing job market and secure employment in the future.。

The Job World is Getting Super Tough!Hey guys! Jack here, your favorite 5th grader. Today I want to talk to you about something really important that's been on my mind a lot lately - jobs! Yup, I know I'm just a kid, but I've been hearing my parents and teachers talk about how hard it is to find a good job these days. It's got me pretty worried about the future, to be honest. You see, when I was little, I thought getting a job was easy peasy lemon squeezy. I'd just go to school, study hard, get good grades, and then BOOM - I'd have my pick of awesome jobs. Maybe I'd be a firefighter racing to put out fires, or a scientist making crazy inventions. Or hey, maybe I'd be a famous chef cooking up the most delicious treats! But now that I'm older and (just a little bit) wiser, I've realized that landing your dream job isn't quite that simple anymore. The job world is getting super tough out there! My dad works at a big company downtown, and he's always saying how many people are competing for every open position. And a lot of those people have way more experience and qualifications than me.It's kind of scary when you think about it. What if I work really hard in school, go to a great college, and still can't find a good job? What if there just aren't enough jobs for everyone? My friend Billy's mom lost her job last year and it took forever for her to get a new one. That must have been so stressful for their family.I've been thinking a lot about what kind of job I'd like to pursue. Well, my biggest passion is dinosaurs - maybe I could be a paleontologist digging up ancient fossils somewhere! Or if that doesn't work out, I've always wanted to be a video game designer. Can you imagine - getting paid to come up with the coolest new games all day? Like a real-life level of Mario or Sonic! Now that would be the best job ever.Whatever I end up doing though, I'm gonna have to work my butt off. Study hard, learn coding, practice public speaking, do internships and projects, network like crazy...the whole nine yards. It's a lot of preparation, but I know it'll be worth it to try to get an edge in this crazy competitive job market.I overheard my parents talking about something called "automation" too - how a lot of jobs are getting taken over by robots and software that can do the work better and cheaper. It sounds kind of scary, but also fascinating. Will my future jobsomehow involve working with A.I. and advanced technology? Or will my position get "automated" and taken over by machines?I don't know, but I'm studying up on STEM just in case!My fellow kids, the moral of the story is - the job world is only going to get tougher from here. We need to be super dedicated students, learn as many skills as possible, and be prepared to hustle hard for opportunities. Maybe we'll get lucky, or maybe we'll have to get really creative and forge our own career paths. All I know is, I'm determined to make it, one way or another!I might be just a goofy 10-year-old, but the future of work has me feeling both excited and nervous. I can't wait to see what kinds of jobs are out there waiting for me and my friends. Will we be the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders? Or will we struggle just to secure stable careers? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that video game designer position!Whatever happens, I'll never stop dreaming big. Life's all about aiming for the stars, right? So study hard, work hard, and make sure you're ready to take on the jungle out there. The job world is only getting crazier, but us kids are tough - we were born ready to fight for our futures! Let's go get 'em, guys!。

English: Slower employment can be both a good and a bad thing, depending on the specific circumstances. On one hand, it may signify that individuals are taking more time to find a job that aligns with their interests and qualifications, leading to a higher job satisfaction and productivity in the long run. It could also suggest that employers are being more discerning in their hiring process, ultimately resulting in a more competent and well-matched workforce. However, on the flip side, slower employment could also indicate economic downturn and a lack of job opportunities, leading to financial strain and uncertainty for individuals and families. It could also lead to a decrease in consumer spending, which can have a detrimental effect on the overall economy. Therefore, while a slower employment rate may have some positive aspects, it is important to address the root causes and work towards creating more opportunities for job seekers and fostering a healthy labor market.

As a high school student with aspirations to excel in the field of English, I have always been fascinated by the stories of those who have pursued their passion for the language and found success in various careers. However, the recent delay of the English Test for English Majors TEM4 has caused a stir among students like me who are planning to enter the job market after graduation. This essay will delve into the impact of the delay on job prospects and the strategies we can adopt to navigate these challenging times. The TEM4 is a significant milestone for English majors, as it not only tests our language proficiency but also serves as a crucial credential for job applications. The unexpected delay has left many of us in a state of uncertainty, as we are unsure of how to proceed with our job searches without this essential certification. Employers often use the TEM4 score as a benchmark to assess a candidates English proficiency, and without it, we may find ourselves at a disadvantage when competing for positions. One of the immediate effects of the delay is the increased anxiety among job seekers. The uncertainty of not having a set date for the exam has led to a sense of unease and restlessness. This anxiety can be detrimental to our mental wellbeing and may even affect our performance in other areas of life. It is essential to find ways to cope with this stress and maintain a positive outlook. To address this situation, I believe it is crucial to adopt a proactive approach. Firstly, we should continue to hone our English skills and stay updated with the latest trends in the language. Engaging in activities suchas reading English literature, watching movies with English subtitles, and participating in language exchange programs can help us maintain and improve our proficiency. Moreover, we can also explore alternative ways to showcase our language abilities. For instance, we can consider obtaining other certifications that are recognized in the job market, such as the International English Language Testing System IELTS or the Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL. These exams, while different from the TEM4, can still demonstrate our competence in English.Another strategy is to leverage our other strengths and skills. The job market is diverse, and there are numerous opportunities that value a combination of skills. For example, if we have strong communication skills, we can consider roles in customer service or public relations. If we have a flair for writing, we can explore opportunities in content creation or journalism.Networking is another vital aspect that we should not overlook. Building connections with professionals in our field can open up opportunities that may not be advertised publicly. Attending industry events, joining online forums, and connecting with alumni can help us stay informed about job openings and gain insights into the industry.Furthermore, we can also consider internships or parttime positions to gain practical experience. This not only enhances our resumes but also provides us with a better understanding of the industry and helps usidentify our areas of interest. In conclusion, while the delay of the TEM4 has undoubtedly introduced challenges in our job search process, it is essential to remain adaptable and resourceful. By continuing to develop our skills, exploring alternative certifications, leveraging our strengths, networking, and gaining practical experience, we can navigate this period of uncertainty and emerge as stronger candidates in the job market. It is a time to reflect, reassess, and strategize, ensuring that we are wellprepared when the opportunity to take the TEM4 finally arrives.。

With the job market becoming increasingly competitive every year, a growing number of fresh university graduates are opting for "delayed employment".
According to a survey released by online recruiter Zhaopin on Tuesday, about 9.8 percent of the 93,420 graduates who participated in a written survey said they would not begin working right after graduation.
调查显示,在已经签约的2017年应届大学毕业生中,有38.5%的毕业生选择了与专业不对口的工作(choosing a job that doesn't match their major at college),同比上升了5.7%。
