本文选取的研究对象是承载着地方建筑文化和民族历史的豫西传统民居，将豫西传统民居历史文化遗产的可持续保护作为研究重点，通过对案例康百万庄园的文化价值和保护历程的研究，探讨当下在豫西传统民居的保护中如何强化文化记忆传承，实现社会文化的可持续发展的问题，从而加深对传统民居中人与社会关系的深层次理解，让更多的人了解和保护豫西传统民居，并希望为有关民居的历史文化遗产保护提供一种新的思路。

ABSTRACT

The object of study is the western He’nan traditional dwellings which carries the local architectural culture and national history. The research focuses on the sustainable protection of the western He’nan traditional dwellings cultural heritage, through the research of the example Kang Baiwan manor’s cultural value and protection history, discusses now how to strengthen cultural inheritance and realize th e sustainable development of culture in the protection of western He’nan traditional dwellings. Then deepen people’s understanding of the relationship betweet human and society in traditional dwellings, let more people understand and protect it. At last, I hope the research will provide a new idea for the historical and cultural heritage protection of traditional dwellings.
