A Complaint Letter to a Travel Agency

May 26,2010 Dear Mr. Wang,

I was one of your customers who joined the program to Hainan in your travel agency during the spring holiday. However, the trip that I experienced was quite different from what you had promised. I am writing to express my disappointment about the services you provided.

My disappointments are mainly based on the changed courses without announcement, the false publicity, and the forced consuming. Firstly, I was expected to see some beautiful scenic spots printed on the pamphlets. However, I did not see any of them at all. Besides, the five-starred hotel that you had described to me turned out to be shabby but expensive. Moreover, the bus took us to some shopping malls where we were informed that we could leave only after making some purchases there.

I think it is high time you realized the importance of credits in business. I'm expecting some compensation from you and I will really appreciate it. Otherwise, I will have no other choice but to take legal action.
