1.0 - INTRODUCTION 引言
1.1 - General 总则
This system is made to ensure the testing operation justice and fairness, regulate personnel employed system and position operation behavior, prevent from the conflict of various of interests , maintain the company’s reputation and protect the c ustomer ’s interest.
为确保检测业务的公平、公正性，规范用人制度和岗位操作行为，预防各类利益的冲突，维护公司声誉，保护客户利益而制定本制度。
1.2 - Scope 范围
The avoidance mentioned in the system means the food inspection agencies shall assign testing person do food testing independently, and the testing person who has interest with testing business consigner shall be avoided. It is applicable to all laboratory testing persons, including sampling, preparation, testing and results reporting persons
本制度所指的回避是指食品检验机构应当指定检验人独立进行食品检验，与检验业务委托人有利害关系的检验人应当予以回避，适用于实验室所有的检验人员，具体包括样品抽样，前处理，检测和结果报告人员等。
