己1617-23100工作面瓦斯治理措施及问题分析
摘要:平煤集团四矿是一座大型现代化矿井,自58年投产一来,矿井的生产能力已经从最初60万吨/年,提高到了现在281万吨/年的水平。随着矿井不断的开拓延伸,矿井自然条件和开采技术条件也在不断的发生变化。矿井瓦斯等级从低瓦斯矿井转变为高瓦斯矿井,到2002年有两个采区被定位突出采区,该矿被定为突出矿井。我跟踪调查了具有突出危险的己1617-23100工作面的瓦斯情况。收集掘进期间瓦斯资料和防突技术措施和回采期间瓦斯治理措施,并认真研究了抽放工艺。通过数据分析认真总结,概括了该工作面掘进期间的瓦斯涌出情况和四位一体防突措施,回采期间瓦斯的来源和治理情况,其中包括交叉钻孔法预抽本煤层瓦斯、上隅角瓦斯治理、工作面打浅孔释放瓦斯。并根据在这三年中学习到的知识找出该工作面的瓦斯防治措施实施过程中存在的问题并进行了分析,提出自己的见解,为将来该矿出现类似的问题提供一个技术指导
该矿在原有基础上对现有的抽放系统进行优化改造已经成为最紧迫的问题,本毕业设计对平煤四矿集团己1617-23100工作面的瓦斯抽放系统出现的问题进行了分析之后,提出了自己的见解,虽然很不完善但希望能够指导实际工作,对该工作面的安全生产起到了一定的作用;同时希望能够通过瓦斯抽放增加了社会效益,提高了工人工资。
