plant construction contract

第一条定义

“业主”指。

“承包商”指。

“工厂”指在附录X中指定的构成固定设备的全部机器、设备和材料“工地”指按本合同用于建造工厂的全部地皮。

“工程”指承包商按本合同实施的工程。“合同价格”指业主向承包商支付的全部工程款项。

article 1-definitions

\"the oner\" shall mean .

\"the contractor\" shall mean .

\"the plant\" shall mean all or any part of the machinery, equipment and materials forming the permanent installation as specified in appe ndix( …).

\"the site\" shall mean all the land here the plant is to be constructed in accordance ith this contract.

\"the orks\" shall mean the orks to be done by the contractor

under this contract.

\"the contract price\" shall mean the total sum payable to the contractor by the oner for the orks.

第二条承包商的职责

1. 承包商应负责设计、筹划以及在工地上建造工厂。

2. 除了业主根据第X条提供的项目和设施，承包商应提供所有为使工厂成功建造所必需的设备、材料、工具、设施、劳工和服务。

3. 承包商应根据附录X中的日程安排施工。

4. 承包商应根据附录X中的规定为业主培训工厂设备的操作和维修人员。

5. 承包商应向业主提供附录X中规定的备件。

6. 承包商应向业主提供附录X中指定的维修设备。

article 2-contractor\'s responsibilities

1. the contractor shall design, engineer, and construct the plant at the site.

2. the contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, tools, facilities, labour and services necessary for the successful construction of the plant except those items and facilities to be supplied by the oner un der article ( …).

3. the contractor shall perform the orks in accordance ith the schedule in appendix ( … ).

4. the contractor shall provide the oner\'s personnel ith training of operation and maintenance of the plant in accordance ith appendix ( … ).

5. the contractor shall supply the oner ith the spare parts specified in appendi x ( … ).

6. the contractor shall supply the oner ith the maintenance
