早上好，Nadga.今天感觉怎样？

P(patient) ['peiʃnt]: Not very well.I trew up (or vomited) [ vomit ] for 3 times last night..

不是很好。我昨晚吐了三次。

N: Don’t worry.It’s normal after the chemotherapy[keməu'θerəpi].but you must keep your

mouth[mauθ] clean[kli:n].Anyother symptoms? ['simptəm]

别担心。这是化疗后的正常反应。但你一定要保持口腔清洁。还有其他不舒服（症状）吗？

P: No.thanks.没有了，谢谢。

N: You are welcome.You can call me anytime if you feel uncomfortable. [ʌn'kʌmftəbl]

Please try to cough [kɔf]and make the sputum ['spju:təm] out,

请尽量把痰咳出来，

because the longer the sputum stays[stei] in the lung [lʌŋ] ,the easier you may suffer ['sʌfə] from the infection.

因为痰留在肺内的时间越长，越容易发生感染。

N: Your temperarure must be taken twice a day.Now put the thermometer[θə'mɔmitə] in your

armpit腋窝.

您的体温应该一天测两次。

P: All right How long shall I leave the thermometer in place?

好的体温表要放在这多长时间？

N: About ten minutes,

P: when you take my temperature,do you take my pulse,too?

你在给我测体温的同时，也要给我测脉搏吗？

N: Yes,I’m not only feel the pulse but count[kaunt] the respiration also.

P:I see.How is my pulse [pʌls] rate?

N: A bit fast.Now,give me the thermometer.

P: Here you are.Do I have trmperature?

N: A little.It usually follows a majo r['meidʒə] operation.But it will certainly go down soon.Don’t

worry！

有一点高。通常大手术后体温会有点高。但不久后降下来，不用担心。
