SM2130B-WT RS485水浸传感器说明书概述SM2130-WT漏水控制器是一款成本低廉的智能化液体泄漏检测设备,其输出信号包含继电器信号和 485信号。

不需要外加转换模块就可以轻松的与各种监控系统相整合,实现远程报警及远程设备的控制。

SM2130-WT漏水控制器可监控长达 200米的双芯漏液传感电缆。

E、CRC校验:CRC16校验,低位在前,高位在后。

A-LLM1漏水定位控制器可监控长达1500米的漏液传感电缆。

该水浸传感器广泛适用于通讯基站、宾馆、饭店、机房、图书馆、档案库、仓库、设备机柜以及其它需积水报警的场所。

1.2功能特点采用交流阻抗测量形式,交流阻抗方式可以有效避免电极发生氧化电解,极大的提高寿命。

漏水测量结果精准,误报率几乎为零。

1.3主要参数直流供电12V-24V DC开关量类型常开触点检测对象各类型水溶液耗电≤0.15W(@12V DC,25℃)开关量工作功率120VAC/24VDC水浸传感器说明书 1.4系统框架图本传感器可以连接单独使用,首先使用12V直流电源供电,设备可以直接连接带有485接口的PLC,可以通过485接口芯片连接单片机。

通过后文指定的modbus协议对单片机和PLC进行编程即可配合传感器使用。

同时使用USB转485即可与电脑连接,使用我公司提供的传感器配置工具进行配置和测试。

本产品也可以多个传感器组合在一条485总线使用,在进行485总线组合时请遵守“485总线现场接线守则”(见水浸传感器说明书 附录)。

理论上一条总线可以接16个以上的485传感器,如果需要接更多的485传感器,可以使用485中继器扩充更多的485设备,另一端接入带有485接口的PLC、通过485接口芯片连接单片机,或者使用USB转485即可与电脑连接,使用我公司提供的传感器配置工具进行配置和测试。

移动式漏水报警器使用说明书北京天隆达科技有限公司功能描述:将报警线放置在需要监控的地方,连接该设备,监控漏水情况,一旦有水侵过报警线,报警器将通过GSM调制解调器将报警信息发送到指定的手机上,当报警消失,报警器将报警清除信息同样发送的用户手机上。

适用范围:适用电站、矿山、工程现场、隧道施工等无人看守或人际罕置的现场。

使用条件:✓有gsm网覆盖地区。

✓使用220V电源提供电源。

✓使用者使用gsm手机接收报警信号。

报警时时刻使用设需要开机状态。

4.连接好GSM调制解调器,五芯电缆的一头连接GSM调制解调器,另一头连接设备的信号插座的五芯座。

5.连接传感线,连接完成后,开电,按复位键。

绿色灯亮显示报警器正常工作。

如红灯常亮表明有报警信号,按复位键将消除报警信号。

6.当出现稳定的报警信号后,设备将于5秒后将信号发出,并且将发送的电话号码和报警信息显示在显示屏上(139××××××××dail),蜂鸣器并发出响声,以提示报警。

如发送成功显示(139×××××××OK)发送失败显示(139×××××××ERROR)。

The small and discreet Model WD Water Detector is designed for dependabledetection of low levels of conductive liquids. The module features a sturdy and reli-able aluminum enclosure and is powered by 24 VAC or 24 to 30 VDC. Water sens-ing tape attaches to module and if any liquid comes in contact with the tape theresistance is changed and the alarm will be triggered. The tape is hydrophobic so itdoes not absorb any of the liquid it is detecting which makes for a faster drying timeand faster return to service after a water leak.The sensing tape is 1˝ wide and can be bought in lengths of 5, 10, 15 and 25 feet.Multiple tapes can be connected together to extend the coverage area which makesit ideal for domestic as well as commercial applications. Typical uses include com-puter rooms, telecommunication facilities, in drip pans under HVAC equipment andaround water pumps.INSTALLATIONRemove front panel of device. Run wires through back plate and make terminations.Reassemble front panel. Plug the tape into the module and fasten the mountingscrews. Use included plastic clips to mount tape to clean and dry surface. Contactcement provides a more secure installation than double face tape. Fold tape on it-self to make sharp corners. Insulate tape from conduits and ground wires. Ground-ed tape may cause detector failure.OPERATION AND TROUBLESHOOTINGGreen LED will indicate proper power. Red LED is an alarm indicator. The water de-tector will go to alarm contact state on loss of power or if the tape sensor is removed.An open or shorted tape will be sensed by the detector and will produce an alarmcontact state as well. The “Test” button can be used to test module operation. De-pressing the button will simulate water detection on the tape and produce an alarmcontact state. It is important to dry sensing cable with paper towel in case alarm hasbeen caused by water. Do not allow water to evaporate on its own. Conductiveresidue will be left behind which will change tape’s resistance. 1、调试工具界面备注:(1)感应线缆的长度可以设置为0或者当前线缆的实际长度:当感应线缆长度设置为0时(出厂默认值为0),设备工作在工作模式一(普通算法模式,即出厂默认模式);当感应线缆长度设置为当前线缆的实际长度时,设备工作在工作模式二(增强算法模式):此模式下设备会根据当前线缆长度自动校准优化泄露位置值;并且此时需要调整S+和L+的接线:S+接第一组感应线缆的回环线(对应标配引出线为绿色),L+接第一组感应线缆的感应线(对应标配引出线为红色)。

(2)工作模式一(普通算法模式,即出厂默认模式)适合较小区域(铺设的线缆较少)并且铺设感应线缆所经过的区域没有干扰信号的环境下使用;工作模式二(增强算法模式)适合较大区域(铺设的线缆较多)或者铺设感应线缆所经过的区域存在较强干扰信号的环境下使用。

一、 1、2接线端为电源输入,1为正,2为负。

4、5接线端为继电器输出,漏水告警时继电器输出短路,同时灯变为红色,蜂鸣器报警。

6、7接线端外接漏水感应绳。

漏水感应绳接入时没有方向性,可以增加延长线。

二、 4位拨码开关用于设置,前三位设置感应漏水灵敏度,第四位设置蜂鸣器报警功能。

体功能如下:
拨码1:最灵敏档,开关接通时,感应绳接触水面即报警;
拨码2、3:感应水面深度及灵敏度相对拨码1依次下降。

拨码4:开关接通时,报警时蜂鸣器响,否则蜂鸣器不工作。

安装方式

传感器感应绳安装在容易产生漏水的地方。

把信号变换器安装在感应绳附近,用两芯线连接感应绳和信号变换器。

信号变换器用DIN35MM 标准导轨槽安装。

连接好电源和输出线后,一加电信号变换器处于正常检测漏水的工作状态,灯为绿色,闪烁,输出为开路;当有漏水发生时,产生告警,灯由绿色变化为红色,闪烁,输出为短路,蜂鸣器报警;漏水消失后,告警恢复为正常的工作状态,灯由红色变化为绿色,闪烁,输出为开路;
注意事项
一般情况下请勿打开传感器上盖,打开后再装配时上盖标贴电源输入一端一定要与下盖(如图3右端)对应,不能装反。

传感器应该安装在最能代表被测环境状态的地方,避免安装在位置比较高的死角、或者远离空调、水管接头的场所。
