The maximum values are 1310.7 seconds, with a resolution of 20 milliseconds.16. POWER ON DELAY (default 2 seconds)After power on, relays cannot trip during this time delay17. OFF TO ON 1 (default 0.5 seconds) 20. OFF TO ON 2(default 0.5 seconds)The trip condition must be seen for this delay before the relay can trip (see picture below).18. ON TO OFF 1 (default 0.5 seconds) 21. ON TO OFF 2 (default 0.5 seconds)The trip condition must not be seen for this delay before the relay can reset (see picture below).16.0 mA15.8 mA16.0 mA15.8 mA19. ON DELAY 1(default 0.5 seconds) 22. ON DELAY 2 (default 0.5 seconds)Relay must remain tripped for this delay before being allowed to reset (see picture below). All 3 delays (or any combination) can be used at the same time if desired. Note that if the relay is tripped, both the on delay timer and the on to off delay timer can hold the relay in the tripped condition until both have expired (see picture below).16.0 mA 15.8 mA Set Point 17.INSTALLATIONThe SC4002 ALM’s input and output circuits are classed as Separated Extra Low Voltage (SELV). This means that they must not be externally connected to voltages exceeding 30V ac or 60V dc, nor do they generate voltages above these limits internally. Where a higher voltage input is required a specially designed DIVIDER unit can be used to condition the input signal prior to connection to the process input terminals. The SC4002 ALM unit clips directly onto ‘Top Hat’ (TS35) symmetrical DIN rail. Ideally, mounting orientation should be vertical. Good airflow around the unit will maximise reliability of the instrument. The use of bootlace ferrules is recommended on wiring terminations.Do not exceed terminal torque rating of 0.4 Nm – use an appropriate screwdriver. The unit can be removed from the DIN rail by sliding a small screwdriver into the slot at the rear of the enclosure on the lower face and gently levering the metal clip, whilst lifting the unit from the rail.8.TROUBLESHOOTINGThe SC4002ALM has some built in self diagnostic functions. Errors encountered will be displayed on screen.BURNOUT ERROR Check wiring connections of RTD or TC.EEPROM ERROR Stored data has been corrupted. See “SETTING THE TIME”NOTE:This is the condition after a reset. If the timer is found in this condition after it has been installed, programmed and operating for a while, it may indicate that electrical noise or voltage transients have dis-rupted the microprocessor causing a loss of program information. Call 1-800-272-1115 and request that a no-charge “Snubber Filter” be sent to you to place across the input to the timer, which may solve the problem.A second, but very unlikely cause of loss of program is a power fail-ure with the backup battery low or dead. Check by disconnecting power and monitoring how long the battery keeps the time of day in the display.PROBLEM:Time of day was set while holding the key down, but days are still flashing.SOLUTION: Current day of week was not set while holding down the key. See “SETTING THE TIME”PROBLEM: It is 10AM and a ON program for 8AM was entered, but the output is not ON. Display shows the and symbols.SOLUTION: After programming, the timer does not “look back” to determine if it should be ON. Press the key (temporary override)to turn the output ON; appears in display. The timer will assume automatic operation at the next programmed event.PROBLEM: A program for 8AM Monday thru Friday was entered, but it will not accept it and CH1is flashing.SOLUTION: The ON or OFF was not entered as part of theprogram.

1⁄8 DIN Economical Two-Wire, Loop-Powered Process Indicator with Liquid Crystal Display to ±19,990 or ±199,900, and 5 jumper-selectable decimal points. With the dummy zeros, the TX82B can thus be used to display the weight of heavy trucks in pounds or the volume of large tanks in gallons. Both span and zero are fine- tuned with precision 15-turn potentiometers accessible behind the lens. Coarse zero and span steps as well as the dummy right-hand zero are selected by opening the case and changing push-on jumpers.FM intrinsic safety certification is standard. Intrinsic safety certification allows the TX83A to be used in worst-case hazardous environments with no need for an explosion-proof housing, provided that an intrinsic safety barrier is used to limit the voltage and current TX82B Series that may be introduced in the hazardous environment. FM certification (USA) is for class I, II, III, division 1, groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G. The FM certification number is 2Y4A4.AX (3610).The TX82B is housed in a splash-resistant case and requires a depth of less than 100 mm (3.9") behind the panel. A splash-proof lens cover which meets NEMA 4 requirements is optional. Electrical connections are via a 3-pole male header connector on the circuit board and a mating plug-in socket connector with screw clamps, which accommodate wire sizes of 0.5 to 2.5 mm (26 to 16 AWG). These supplied connectors provide easy and reliable electrical connections and meet UL and IEC-348 safety requirements.TX82B is a 1⁄8 DIN-sized 2-wire current-loop indicator that is powered directly by 1 to 5 mA, 4 to 20 mA or 10 to 50 mA process signals, with no need for external power connections. This reduces field wiring costs and provides immunity from most electrical noise encountered in process-control environments. The 2-wire electrical hookup is easy via a plug-in screw-clamp connector, which is standard. The TX82B provides extensive zero and span adjustment capability for direct readout in percent or in engineering units for process variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, or level. A 12.7 mm(0.50") high LCD display provides 31⁄2 active digits for readout to ±1999, 2 jumper-selectable dummy right-hand zeros for display TX82B shown smaller than actual size.U FM Intrinsic Safety CertificationU Powered by 1 to 5 mA, 4 to 20 mA or 10 to 50 mA SignalU 2.5 Maximum Voltage DropU D isplay to ±1999, ±19,990 or ±199,900U 12.7 mm ( 0.5") LCDU 100 to 2000 Count Span AdjustU 2000-Count Zero Suppression or ElevationU Short 1⁄8 DIN CaseU Simple 2-Wire Hook-UpU Safe Plug-in Screw- Clamp ConnectorOrdering Example: TX82B, current loop indicator.SpecificationsSignal InputSignal: 1 to 5 mA, 4 to 20 mA or 10 to 50 mA (jumper-selectable)Linear Range: 0.3 to 50 mAProtection: Up to 200 mA forward, 1000 mA reverse current; forward voltage drop, max 2.5V Input Resistance: 50 Ω @ 1 to 5 mA, 12.5 Ω @ 4 to 20 mA, 5 Ω @ 10 to 50 mA Zero Adjust: -2000 to +2000 counts in 4 jumper- selectable ranges plus fine adjustment 00Span Adjust: 100 to 2000 counts with fine adjustment NMR: 46 dB, 50/60 HzCMR (Meter to Case): 120 dB, DC to 60 Hz CMV (Meter to Case): 300 Vac Accuracy at 25°CMaximum Error: ±0.1% of rdg ±1 count Zero Tempco: ±0.1 count/°C typical, ±0.3 count/°C max Span Tempco: ±0.005% of span/°C typical, ±0.015% of span/°C max Analog-to-Digital ConversionTechnique: Dual-slope, average-value Polarity: AutomaticIntegration Period: 100 msRead Rate: 2.5/sMechanicalCase: 1⁄8 DINPanel Cutout: 45 H x 92 mm W (1.77 x 3.62")Bezel Dimensions: 48 H x 96 W x 8 mm T (1.89 x 3.79 x 0.31")Depth Behind Bezel: 100 mm (3.94")Case Material: 94V-0 UL-rated polycarbonate Weight: 128 g (4.5 oz)Circuit Board Connector:Three-pole male header Cable Connector (Standard): Mating plug-in socket with screw-clamps for wire sizes 0.5 to 2.5 mm 2 (26-16 AWG)Connector Safety Ratings: UL and IEC-348EnvironmentalOperating Temperature (Standard): 0 to 55°C (32 to 122°F)Operating Temperature, Optional: -40 to 85°C (-40 to 185°F)Relative Humidity: 95% at 40°C (non-condensing)DisplayType: 7-segment LCDHeight: 12.7 mm (0.50")Symbols: -1.8.8.8.0.0 (31⁄2 active digits plus 2 jumper-selectable dummy right-hand zeros)Decimal Points: 5 positions, jumper-selectable Overrange Indication: 3 least- significant active digits blank。

T=ton+toff
f=1/T=1/(ton+toff), T的单位S。例如:ton=0.2ms,toff=0.8ms,贝U f=1/(0.2+0.8)x10-
1x0.1ms,2x0.1ms,3x0.1ms,……,999x0.1ms,拨 “ + ” 号加拨“一”号去1。
