1．概述多回转阀门电动装置，简称为Z型电装，是阀门实现开启、关闭或调节控制的驱动设备。
Z型电装适用于闸阀、截止阀、隔膜阀、柱塞阀、节流阀、水闸门等。
可用于明杆阀，也可用于暗杆阀。
本系列电装具有功能全、性能可靠、控制系统先进、体积小、重量轻、使用维护方便等特点。
可对阀门实行远控、集控和自动控制。
广泛用于电力、冶金、石油、化工、造纸、污水处理等行业。
本产品的性能符合JB/T8528-1997《普通型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。
隔爆型的性能符合GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分：通用要求》，GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分：隔爆型“d”》及JB/T8529-1997《隔爆型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。
多回转电动装置按防护类型分：有户外型和隔爆型；按控制方式分：有常规型、整体型和整体调节型；按连接型式分：有转矩型、电站型和推力型。
2．型号表示方法A：带现场按钮；F：带4-20mA信号输出；S：带手动减速箱输出轴最大转圈数：阿拉伯数字表示，无数字见表1输出转速：阿拉伯数字表示，单位r/min（转/分）连接型式：T表示推力型，I表示电站型，无代号为常规转矩型额定输出转矩：阿拉伯数字表示，单位kgf·mZ：整体型；TZ：整体调节型防护类型：W表示户外型；B表示隔爆型产品型式：多回转电动装置型号示例：1.DZW30I-18/50：多回转电动装置，输出转矩300N·m（30kgf·m），电站型接口，输出转速18r/min，最大转圈数50，常规户外型。
2.DZBTZ45T-24B/S：多回转电动装置，输出转矩450N·m（45kgf·m），推力型接口，输出转速24 r/min，最大转圈数120，整体调节隔爆型，带手动减速箱。
3.DZZ120-24/240：多回转电动装置，输出转矩1200N·m (120kgf·m)，转矩型接口，输出转速24 r/min，最大转圈数240圈，整体型。

一、概述SDQ(H)(B)系列部分回转阀门电动执行机构适用于开启和关闭蝶阀、球阀、挡板等90°角行程阀门。
该产品广泛应用于电站、给排水、船舶、市政工程等工业部门。
其中核电型严格按照美国IEEE 382－1996标准进行了振动老化试验和地震试验并已获通过，试验中OBE的地震加速度为4g，SSE的地震加速度达6g，在国内同类产品中尚属首例，符合EJ/T1022.11－1996《压水堆核电厂阀门电动装置》中1E级K3类产品安全方面的要求；隔爆型可在Ⅱ类A、B级T1、T2、T3、T4组爆炸性气体的工况环境下工作。
其使用环境如下：1、环境温度：-20℃～60℃2、相对湿度：≤90%（25℃时）3、工作环境：无强腐蚀性介质4、防护等级：IP655、电源：220V AC，50 Hz或三相 380V，50Hz6、隔爆型防爆等级：ExdⅡBT47、工作制式：调节型为S5，负载持续率为10％，最大工作次数为1200c/h；开关型为S2，10 min。

（使用产品前应详细阅读本说明书） SM-08QT0 普通型阀门电动装置使用说明书ISO9001:20001．概述：QT0型部分回转阀门电动装置是我公司最新研制的产品，适用于控制小型蝶阀，球阀等做90º回转的阀门。
该产品体积小，重量轻，效率高，可靠性高，高防护性能等特点。
可广泛用于高层建筑，石油，化工，发电厂，水处理等行业。
该产品的防护等级为IP67，本说明书适用于普通型产品，若有其它特殊功能时，将向您提供相应的“附加说明”。
2．技术参数：a）本产品符合JB/T8528-1997《普通型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。
b）动力电源为AC 220V单项。
c）产品为户外型，其防护等级为IP67。
d）环境温度：-20º~+50ºC。
e）海拔高度不大于1000m。
f）环境相对湿度不大于90%（25ºC时）。
g）工作环境中不含强腐蚀性介质。
h）不得在有爆炸性混合性气体的环境中使用。
i）产品为短时工作制，额定时间10min。
j）无强烈震动工况。
3．主要结构和功能简介：a）电动机：选用AC 220V单相阀门专用电动机，并予埋热敏元件。
b）减速机构：全齿轮减速机构。
c）行程控制和位置指示机构：从输出轴直接引出凸轮作90º回转，进行行程控制，开度指示盘与输出轴同轴，作90°回转进行阀位指示，。
d）手动机构：采用扳手直接搬动装置下部的手动轴，进行手动操作。
4．电装与阀门的连接：a）采用国家标准（即国际标准）连接尺寸F03.F05.F07三种尺寸，电装内孔为14x14方孔，深20。
b）采用寸制蝶阀2“连接尺寸，螺孔中心距为ф57.5（十字连接），连接形式如图所示5．电气接线：a）用“L“板手拧下箱罩上的4个螺钉，然后从箱体上卸下箱罩，在随机文件中找到电气控制原理图。
b）把两个压紧螺母旋开取出密封圈，将动力电缆和控制电缆分别穿入压紧螺母和密封圈，及进线孔内。
c）按照电气控制原理图将电缆与端子连接起来，d）适度向外拉电缆以保证电缆外套与密封圈的密封，旋紧压紧螺母。

Electrical wiring1) Before wring①Cable entries are machined with PF3/4” tap and sealed by Plug before delivery.②Please remain the plug as it is if user doesn’t use both cable entries.③Please make sure to seal the entries by using rubber or metallic packing after wiring, so that water may notcome in.④When user use actuator as ex-proof, please make sure to use the certified connection component which is atleast same grade with actuator.⑤This is not our scope of supply, but if user don’t use suitable component, factory won’t guaranty theperformance of ex-proof actuator.2) Electrical wiring①Check if electrical specification like as power, wiring & etc are correct or not.②One sheet of wiring diagram is to be supplied together with actuator.③Do the wiring as per the given wiring diagram, such as power, control power , internal wiring and ground.④Make sure to supply electric power to heater for keeping inside of actuator clean and dry.⑤Make sure to check wiring to the terminal is strong enough.⑥Make sure that one relay operates one actuator only( Can not operate two or more actuators simultaneously)⑦Make sure to clean inside of actuator and no foreign material inside.3) Check rotating direction①In 3 phase actuator, operator should check the rotating direction of actuator before electrical operation.②If operating direction is wrong, limit switches doesn’t function and it results damage from jamming ormotor’s overheating.③So, put the actuator at 50% open(or Close) position by manual and supply power into the actuator andcheck it’s rotating direction.④If actuator moves open as per open signal, the direction it is O.K, but reverse, need to change the wiring.⑤Among 3 of power wires, change 2 wires each other.⑥Then check the rotating direction again in order to confirm it again.4)Commissioning①Make sure to check the rotating direction of actuator first before operation.②Check the function of limit and torque switches, direction of indicator and space heater.③Check lever movement is O.K (Manual override)④Check the lamps in the control panel.⑤After commission, please make sure to tighten the 4 bolts of the top cover and to do proper sealing.ITQ series Electric quarter turn actuator7.Others1) Jamming①In case that actuator moves wrong direction and moves over the travel limit, internal worm gear contacts thestopper bolt and engaged each other. This is so call jamming and can not move actuator at all.②How to solve-Off the power-If jamming is happened during close, take close stopper bolt to come out by about 2 ~3 threads-Pull over the lever and put it manual position.-Turn hand wheel to counterclockwise until 50% open position.-Check rotating direction again.-If everything is O.K, put stopper bolt original position.-If jamming is happened during open, procedure is same with close, but turn hand wheel to clockwise by manual.2) Special tools for setting①L-Wrench 1 set(Metric)②Screw drivers (--, +)③Spanner set (Metric), Monkey spanner 200mm, 300mm 1 each,④Wire stripper, Long nose, Light⑤Multi Meter (AC, DC V olt, Resistance)⑥DC signal generator (0~4mA DC) : RPC option⑦mA DC Meter (0~25mA DC) : RPC and CT8.Caution①Selection of valve and actuator : Review all specification of valve and actuator carefully before makingselection and reserve about 30% torque of actuator for safety purpose. 本系列电动装置可远距离控制，也可现场操作。
广泛用于电力、冶金、石油、化工、食品、纺织、造纸、制药、水厂和污水处理等行业。
本产品的性能符合JB/T8528-1997《普通型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定；隔爆型的性能符合GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分：通用要求》，GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分：隔爆型“d”》及JB/T8529-1997《隔爆型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。

2）QZBZ1200-0.4叠加结构,输出转矩12000N.m，输出转速：0.4 r/min,整体隔爆型。
3.工作环境和主要技术参数3.1电源：常规，三相380V（50Hz）特殊，三相660V、440V、415V（50Hz、60Hz）；单相220V、110V（50Hz、60Hz）3.2 工作环境3.2.1环境温度：-20~+60℃（特殊订货-40~+80℃）。
3.2.2相对湿度：≤95%（25℃时）。
3.2.3防护类型3.2.3.1户外型：用于无易燃、易爆和无腐蚀性介质的场所；3.2.3.2隔爆型：有dI和dIIBT4两种，dI适用于煤矿非采掘工作面；dIIBT4用于工厂，适用于环境为IIA、IIB级T1-T4组的爆炸性气体混合物。

MQMQMQBMQ8.1旋钮操作说明红色旋钮为方式钮，可在现场/停止/远方之间切换。
黑色旋钮为操作钮，可在现场模式进行打开或关闭操作。
现场旋钮操作时，短时间作用为点动模式，当操作钮有效作用时间超过3秒钟，显示屏右下角显示bc为自动进入现场保持模式，反向旋操作钮或将方式钮旋到停止即停止动作。
8.2遥控器操作说明遥控器为选配件，需要时请在订货时特殊说明。
Open——现场打开键；Close——现场关闭键；Stop——现场停止键现场方式下，按“Open”键执行保持方式开阀，按“Close”键执行保持方式关阀，按“Stop”键停动。
9.阀位一键标定条件1) 确保电动执行器关闭方向为顺时针。
2) 调整好限位开关和力矩开关的碰开位置。
3) 调整好电位器或绝对值编码器的旋转区间。
10.阀位一键标定现场位置，按住开位键或关位键约3秒钟对应灯点亮，此时释放按键进入一键标定状态。
执行器向关方向动作碰开限位开关，红灯闪两下输出4mA电流,然后执行器自动向开方向动作碰开限位开关，绿灯闪两下输出20mA电流,标定完成自动退出。
注1：对应灯点亮时不释放按键则无法进入一键标定状态。
注2：LCD液晶屏上两个指示灯和按键对应的指示灯亮灭状态相同，字母L闪烁两次为保存关位，字母H闪烁两次为保存开位。
11.死区设置此功能只适用于调节型，开关型不具备。
死区为自调整，无需设置，自动选择最佳死区，保证最优控制精度，减少振荡。
12.行程标定12.1关位旋钮标定:动作到关位将方式钮旋到停止，再旋操作钮到关闭约10秒钟显示字母L，松开操作钮字母L闪两下，输出4mA反馈电流显示0%表示关位标定完成。
12.2开位旋钮标定:动作到开位将方式钮旋到停止，再旋操作钮到打开约10秒钟显示字母H，松开操作钮字母H闪两下，输出20mA反馈电流显示100%表示开位标定完成。
12.3关位按键标定:现场将执行器动作到关位，按关位键约10秒钟红灯第二次亮，释放按键红灯闪两下关位标定完成。

QT系列部分回转型阀门电动装置，适用于控制球阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀等做90°回转的阀门。
该产品代替原QA系列产品，体概积小、重量轻，高效率、舸靠性、高防护性能、低噪音等述特点。
可现场操作，也可远距离控制。
可广泛用于石油、化工、发电厂、水处理、造纸等各行业。
该产品的防护等级为IP67(需IP68时，要在订货时特别说明)。
（1）手动将电动装置置于中间位置。

将电动装置打到全关位置，调节整体模块上的“调零”电位器，使两测试点的电压接近零(≤2mV)，然后调节“4mA”电位器使输出信号为4mA；将电动装置打到全开位置，调节“20mA”电位器使输出信号为20mA。
上述调节只须一次即可完成。
注：“调零”、“4mA”、“20mA”电位器均为顺时针向旋转输出信号增大，反之减小，如发现顺时针旋转上电位器时，输出信号减小，请将电位器两边的线互换。
调节模块调试方法：
（1）手动将电动装置置于中间位置。
（2）接通AC380电源，电源指示灯亮；若电源缺相，则缺相指示灯亮。
（3）拔码开关的正作用和反作用不能同时拔为有效。
