DCM系列马达为内曲线径向柱塞马达。马达旋转缸体带8个柱塞,内曲线环由6个作 用段组成。
马达柱塞上滚轮受来自于泵的压力油作用,沿定子内曲线环运动进而完成马达吸/排 油,实现泵侧的输出液压能转换为马达侧的输出扭矩。
DCM马达结构简单,能在低转速下实现高扭矩输出。无需加装马达减速器,效率 高。马达轮边驱动轴设计允许马达可承受高的外部负载。

注意 当车辆出现故障需要短距离牵引时,请将工作回路的高/低压侧油路直接连通并手动 解除驻车制动(见13页)后牵引作业。 确保牵引距离应小于30米,速度不超过10 RPM。 长距离牵引机器可能损坏静液驱动泵及径向柱塞马达。如需长距离拖动时推荐采用 平板车移动。
