Abstract

At present, most of the pipe tobaccos in China’s domestic market are imported, with different brands and different style characteristics. The production technology for these imported pipes is extensive and without a complete technological system, especially on raw material sorting and blending, fermentation and processing. After a study on the making technology of pipe to-bacco for two years and overcoming mountains of difficulties, China Tobacco Sichuan Industrial Co., Ltd. Great Wall Cigar Factory has built up a complete technological system. The pipe tobacco made by Great Wall has the characteristics of pure, mild and full aroma, and moderate strength;

and structure of the tobacco is in a balance of diversified change and richness, with fresh and sweet taste.

摘要

目前国内市场的烟斗丝基本以进口为主，品牌不同其风格特征也不相同，而且还没有形成一套完整的烟斗丝制作工艺技术体系，所采用的方法粗放简单，特别是在原料选取配制、加料发酵处理等方面存在一*通讯作者。

1. 引言

我厂自主研发的烟斗丝有别于欧美等国的进口烟斗丝，其原料是以在中国特殊地理气候条件种植的具有独特味道的烟叶为主要原料，结合中国传统雪茄制作工艺，以国内消费需求为主开发出的具有自主核心技术的特色产品，其目的在于创建中式风格烟斗丝品牌，满足国内消费需求并逐步进入国际市场。

2. 材料与方法

2.1. 材料

2.1.1. 烟叶原料

①四川德阳什邡2012年晒红烟原烟晒烟GH 一级、②四川德阳什邡2009年晒红烟原烟晒烟GW3一级、③四川乐山夹江2013年晒红烟原烟晒烟GQB-J1一级、④四川乐山夹江2011年晒红烟原烟晒烟GQB-J1二级、⑤重庆万州2009年白肋烟单打片烟C3、⑥贵州铜仁2011年烤烟K326单打片烟C3F 、⑦印度尼西亚2009年雪茄外包原烟晾烟JATIMZCD (VTJCD)、⑧印度尼西亚2009年雪茄外包原烟晾烟KS/LL 、⑨多米尼加2013年雪茄外包原烟晾烟LARGO FL-1、⑩多米尼加2013年雪茄外包原烟晾烟Criollo A LL 。 2.1.2. 基础料液

甄选出的料液包括转化糖、浸膏、甘油等共计12种。 2.1.3. 配套设施

榔头、保鲜膜、电饭锅、不锈钢容器、恒温恒湿箱KBF240 (德国Binder)、烘箱(德国Binder)、切丝机等。

2.2. 方法

2.2.1. 黑烟叶组

黑烟叶组料液配制。根据黑烟叶组在烟斗丝成品中的用途和功能以及甄选出的料液特性，取其中六种料液按一定比例配制后设置不同用量梯度并编号为A 组、B 组、C 组共三组进行试验。

黑烟叶组主要原料。将四川德阳什邡2012年晒红烟原烟晒烟GH 一级、四川德阳什邡2009年晒红烟原烟晒烟GW3一级、四川乐山夹江2013年晒红烟原烟晒烟GQB-J1一级、四川乐山夹江2011年晒红烟原烟晒烟GQB-J1二级四种原烟进行感官质量评价，选取香气较特殊，烟气浓度、劲头较大，余味较
