挖掘机液压系统的设计与研究

【摘要】本次设计主要是对挖掘机的液压系统进行设计和研究。介绍了国内国外的挖掘机发展和现状作了概述,并对挖掘机液压系统基本动作和基本回路做了详细的分析与介绍,其中包括限压回路、缓冲回路、节流回路、行走限速回路、合流回路、闭锁回路、再生回路。并且对负载敏感压力补偿液压系统、二次压力反馈式LS控制系统和动臂、斗杆、铲斗回路进行设计。文中对各液压回路给出了具体的结构简图以及相关研究资料。文中运用运算和图表以及数据分析、CAD制图对挖掘机液压系统进行了具体的设计和研究。

Design and Study on Hydraulic System of

Excavator

(Professor of Shandong Agriculture University)Abstract The research focus on design and study on hydraulic system of excavator. It introduces the development of excavator internal and overseas, and give a general introduction to the presents of excavator. The research has a detail motion analysis and circuit analysis of hydraulic system of excavator. It includes pressure limiting circuit, buffer circuit, cutting loop, walking speed limit of loop, combined Loop, walking speed limit of loop, combined loop, closed loop, Regeneration circuit. Except that it also have a design of Pressure compensated load sensing hydraulic system, LS secondary pressure feedback control system, and the boom stick and bucket loop. The thesis has a detail design and research on hydraulic system of excavator by calculation, charm data analysis and drafting of CAD.
