1. 心智不成熟，易受外界影响immature/immaturity

1）太不关心：家长工作太忙，无暇照顾孩子

In contemporary society, parents are so engaged in their work that they spend little time with their children.

Consequently, crimes may be committed by youngsters only for the purpose of letting their parents down.
