1.The buyer shall open through a bank acceptable to the seller an irrevocable letter of credit payable at 45 days’ sight for 100% of the contract value to reach the seller 30 days before the month of shipment and valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the date of shipment.
买方应通过卖方所接受的银行按合同金额的100%开立一个不可撤销的可支付的见票45天付款的即期信用证，该信用证须在装运月份前30天开抵卖方，于装运日期后15天在中国议付有效。
2.收到信用证后30天内装运。信用证必须在2008年6月底之前开抵卖方，否则卖方有权不经通知而取消本合同或者对由此造成的直接损失向买方提出索赔。Shipment should within 30 days after receipt of L/C which must reach the seller before the end of the June 2008. If it failing the seller reserves the right to cancel the contract without notice or to claims for the direct losses from the buyer.
