1.Please give an example of a time when you developed a new or different
solution to a problem. Why did you think the problem needed a new solution

When I went to find the financial assistance in Student Union, I didn't directly visit the chafing dish restaurant managers. At first I took an investigation about the student's dining. It is difficult that you directly request the financial assistance and persuade them, and the amount of money is little. I though, if I coult let them demonstrably realized the benefit of financial assistance, it was easy that I obtained the much financial assistance. The sponsors were interesting in the result of my investigation. They allowed the investigation was important to raise their management.

you choose the goal that you were aiming towards? What did you do to achieve

I want to be a leader of pharmacal comany. Fist I envy the winner of commerce and want to be a member of them, second I don't like the stereotyped work, at last I learned the pharmacy in college. For the aiming I industriously enlarged my view.I learned the courses about marking,management,advertisement and often read the relative magazines. I took part in the Student Union and play the part of foreign affairs.In the process I felt my advancement and my happiness.From blank knowledge to understand, in the end I could propose my opinions.

In 2003,I passed the Zhejiang University examination and wish to attain the master dgree. but those broke the commitment I had made to a company. I always wish I could go to a comprehensive university.In addition,there will not be chance in eight years if thought my family. So I was't willing to give up the chance. At last I decided to cancel the agreement. Fist I did my best to obtain their forgive. I phoned them and wrote a letter to expressed my means.Except,I expressed that I was willing to assume the default responsibility, but they didn't agree. Then I went to their company to explain face to face, hower they hold their decision. At last I requested the school's help. Through the help of my teacher, the department leader promised that they would solve the difficulty but I would pay 1000 yuan. I accepted that. The decision did result in my first blot in my career life, but it made me enter into Zhejiang University and achieve my wish.

When I entered into Zhejiang University not long time, I received a telephon from my graduation college. They told me that the company with which I had signed a contract didn't accepted the result of my absence. At that time I realized that the college hadn't complied their promise to persuade the company. So I told them that I couldn't drop out and expect they would carried out their promise.Except, I inqured their advice and the company means. Then I phoned the comany my information, and I told them that I still wish to receive theie understanding and forgive.

FORTRESS BESIEGED impressed me most. It told reader that those who are outside the fortress besieged want to get in, and those who are inside want to get out. It reminded me whether I was doing the same things.


Great scientist Stephen Hawking inspired me most. Because he is a legend in his own lifetime for his achievement no matter that he have serious disability. He just can
use few fingers and can't talk. He have firm and persistent with inflexible will. On the other He always is humorous and hold an optimistic view of events.

I took part in the Student Union on octobe 2001.I was a member of the living department in the Student Union. Making brilliant living in spare time for students is our work. we often organized activities,for example basketball match,football match,ping-pong ball match an so on. My responsibilities was finding the financial assistance. One time,for convincing the chafing dish restaurant managers, I took a investigation about the student's dining. The investigation included the wonted
dining place, the acceptable expenditure and so on.At last I received 3600 yuan from one of the five restaurants. Cooperation and considering the question on the role of your customer were the greatest lesson my learend in this role. I have realized that the cooperation is very important in work.In addition,for convincing your customer to take your program, learning what is he care about is necessary.

In May 2000, because my examination score is in the 10% of all, I obtained the second prize.
In June 2001, I obtained the Suzhou Capsule Scholarship.The scholarship is awarded to them whose study and appearance is excellent. Their study must be beyond on the third in the class.

From May to November in 2004 I took a temporary post in Pharmaceutical company limited. I attended their GMP conformity certification work. On the base of referring to enough infomation, I wrote the checking item of the antibiotic GMP conformity certification. In addition, I formulated and revised the GMP conformity certification documents together with their manager.

善于自我激励，始终保持乐观向上的生活态度。周围的人都认为我是一个有活力的人，朋友苦闷时都愿意和我聊天。另外，我做事能分清主次，具有锲而不舍的精神。曾经为调查杭州市实验室常用化工试剂和常用药用辅料的销售品种和价格情况，我跑遍的中山路和其他各个化工试剂店。
不足就是有时犹豫不决、瞻前顾后。就像当年考研时还想找工作。心态不对，考研抱着试试的态度，结果最后欲罢不能。
