1 Before startup sealing oil system, keep the inside pressure around 0.05MPa in generator, in order to prevent oil go into generator.

启动密封油系统前，保持发电机内部气压0.05MPa左右，防止发电机进油。

2 Adjust sealing oil pressure differential, in order to prevent oil go into generator. 调整好密封油差压，防止发电机进油。

3 Pay attention to air side and H2 side sealing oil tank oil level, in order to prevent oil go into generator. (H2 side anti-foam tank severe alarming, oil is tend to go into generator)

注意空、氢侧密封油箱油位，防止发电机进油。（氢侧消泡箱高报警，发电机易进油）

4 Check A, B air side AC sealing oil pump, air side DC sealing oil pump, sealing oil exhaust air fan and generator holding down bolt anchored firmly, coupling is connected, protection cover is recovered, turning gear is flexible.

检查空侧交流密封油泵、空侧直流密封油泵、A、B密封油排烟风机及电机地脚螺栓连接牢固，对轮连接完毕，安全罩恢复，盘动灵活。

5 Check A, B air side AC sealing oil pump, air side DC sealing oil pump, sealing oil exhaust air fan and generator wire connection is complete, terminal box is well fixed, motor grounding wire and electric heating cable grounding wire is complete. 检查空侧交流密封油泵、空侧直流密封油泵、A、B密封油排烟风机电机接线完整，接线盒安装牢固,电机接地线和电加热电缆接地线完整。

6 Confirm H2 side AC sealing oil pump, H2 side DC sealing oil pump and generator holding down bolt anchored firmly, coupling is connected, protection cover is re-used, turning gear is flexible.

检查氢侧交流密封油泵、氢侧直流密封油泵及电机地脚螺栓连接牢固，对轮连接完毕，安全罩恢复，盘动灵活。

7 Confirm H2 side AC sealing oil pump, H2 side DC sealing oil pump generator wiring is complete, terminal box is fixed, turbine grounding wire and electric heating grounding cable is complete.检查氢侧交流密封油泵、氢侧直流密封油泵电机接线完整，接线盒安装牢固,电机接地线和电加热电缆接地线完整。

8 Confirm generator sealing oil system and related auxiliary equipment C&I test point all recovered, each pressure gauge and pressure valve is startup, each local gauge indication is correct.

检查发电机密封油系统和相关辅助设备各热工测点全部恢复完毕，各压力表和压力开关的阀门开启，就地各表计指示正确。

9 Confirm air side returning oil tank oil discharge valve closed. 检查空侧回油箱放油门关闭。

10 Confirm sealing oil exhaust air fan inlet general duct oil discharge valve closed. 检查密封油排烟风机入口总管放油门关闭。

11 Confirm generator sealing oil anti foam tank oil discharge valve closed. 检查发电机密封油消泡箱放油门关闭。
