Lithium-ion Battery User’s Guide

在使用环宇锂离子电池前，请仔细阅读使用手册。Please read all contents of this User’s Guide prior to the installation of HuanYu lithium-ion battery.

安全信息safety information

必须按照环宇锂离子电池的产品特性和使用手册使用，若按照使用手册合理的使用，锂离子电池将是一种安全、可靠和便利的蓄电池。

The HuanYu lithium-ion battery must be used in accordance with the manufacture’s specifications and guidelines for recommended use. When used properly and in accordance with the user’s guide, the lithium-ion battery is a safe, reliable and convenient secondary battery.

警告CAUTION:不正确使用锂离子电池可能导致人身伤

害或者起火！Misuse or abuse of the lithium-ion battery may result in personal injury or fire.

l保证电池和电池管理系统远离危险物品或者危险材料

l Keep all battery pack and battery management system away from

dangerous goods or materials

l烫伤危险

l Burn hazard

l不合理使用锂离子电池可能会导致冒烟（例如过充电、挤压、刺穿、过热或

者潮湿），如果发生冒烟，请及时通风疏散

l Abuse operation of the battery （e.g.，overcharge，crush，puncture，

excessive heat or moisture ）may produce smoke. In such an event,

ventilate the area

l用二氧化碳或者干粉灭火器灭火，或者用沙土、泥土掩埋

l Extinguish any flames with a carbon dioxide，dry-powder fire

extinguisher，or cover with sand or mud

l禁止拆开、挤压、刺穿或者燃烧

l Do not disassemble，crush，puncture or incinerate

l禁止短路

l Do not short circuit

l禁止暴露在60℃以上的温度中

l Do not expose to temperature above 60℃

l禁止在没有充电保护线路或者使用非环宇认可的设备充电

l Never charge the battery without charge protection circuitry and equipment approved by HuanYu

l安装电池时请取下金属首饰或者其他金属物品

l Remove all jewelry or other metallic objects during the installation of the battery

l小心取放任何电池，特别是在放入金属容器的过程中

l Exercise care in handing any battery，particularly when placing it in

a contains with metal objects

l禁止将电池丢弃到垃圾中

l Do not throw the battery away in the trash

l禁止将其他类型的电池与锂离子电池串联或者并联

l Do not use with other types of batteries connected in series or parallel with the lithium-ion battery

安装installation

重要important！安装电池前必须关闭汽车或者设备电源，并

且移除其他类型的电池。Turn off power to the vehicle or device and remove other batteries prior to installation of the lithium-ion battery

l在连接前保证电池在相同的荷电状态，请与环宇联系如何完成此任务

l Ensure that all the batteries are at the same state of charge prior to

connecting together. Contact HuanYu for suggestions on how to

perform this task

l串联或者并联时，请使用绝缘的柔性铜导线，例如焊接电缆、汇流排

l Use flexible insulated copper cables，like welding cable，bus bar for

serial or parallel power connections

l当大电流使用时，可以将电池并联使用

l For higher current applications，one can use parallel configurations

of batteries

l电池必须先并联，然后才能串联使用

l Batteries must be connected in parallel before the serials is

connected

l电池串联和并联时，必须在一致的荷电状态下

l Batteries must be at the same state of charge when wiring them in

parallel or serials

l电池串联增加电压，电池并联增加容量

l Batteries are configured in serials when increase voltage is needed.

The parallel configuration allows for capacity to increase while

voltage remains the same
