摘要

为了满足各地区食品的储藏，各地区均建立各型食品冷藏库以满足不同种类食品的储藏，该设计为200m³-15℃低温冷库设计。

冷藏库是在特定的温度和相对湿度条件下，加工和贮存食品、供液原料、生物制品以及医药等物资的专用建筑物。而食品冷藏库是食品联合加工厂的一个组成部分，其所处地理位置及其各构成部分直接影响当地人民生活的健康与食品需求。

该设计通过对平顶山地区的气象、地理及实际冷库实用等条件，对冷库的平面、围护结构、冷却设备和机械负荷、制冷机房及冷却水系统等进行设计计算。冷藏库设计首先采集设计地区气象、地理等实际资料，后依次对冷库平面所包含的公称体积、高度、冷间分部；围护结构中的隔热材料选择排布、冷藏门，冷却设备负荷、机械负荷、冷间的空气分配系统和通风换气；制冷设备选择、制冷机房及其设备排布；冷却水系统等进行计算设计，并最后得出设计结论。

Abstract

In order to meet the regional food storage, various regions are established for each type of food cold storage to meet the needs of different types of food storage, the design for the 200m ³ -15 ℃ low temperature cold store design.

Cold storage is in a specific temperature and relative humidity conditions, processing and storage of special buildings food, feed liquid material, biological products, medicine and other supplies. While the food cold storage is a part of food processing factory, its geographical location and components directly affect health and food needs of the local people's life.

Should design that the cold storage is pragmatic by meteorological phenomena , geographical feature and reality to Pingdingshan area waiting for condition, go along such as load , refrigeration machine room and chilled water system designs that to cold storage flat surface , equipment and machinery hedging structure , cooling down secretly scheming against. The cold storage designs that the primo collects actual data such as meteorological phenomena , geographical feature designing area , the queen is allotted a headquarter in proper order to nominal volume , altitude , cold room contained by cold storage flat surface; Heat-barrier material in hedging structure chooses row of cloth , refrigerates the door, equipment load , machinery load , cold room air cooling down assign system and the aeration being ventilated; Refrigeration equipment chooses cloth , refrigeration machine room and their equipment arranges; Chilled water system waits to carry out the design secretly scheming against , then at last reaches and the design conclusion.
