11、运费支付（Freight ＆ Charges）。信用证项下提单的运费支付情况，按其规定填写。一般根据成交的价格条件分为两种：若在 CIF 和 CFR 条件下，则注明“Freight Prepaid”或“Freight Paid”；FOB 条件下则填“Freight Collect”或“Freight Payable at Destination”。若租船契约提单有时要求填：“Freight Payable as Per Charter Party”。有时信用证还要求注明运费的金额，按实际运费支付额填写即可。

联合运输提单简称（CT B/L）联运提单简称（Through B/L）首先，运输方式的组成存在不同：联合运输提单是由海运与其他运输方式组成；而联运提单是由海运与其他运输方式组成，但是第一程必须是海运；其次，提单签发人不同：联合运输提单是多式联运经营人；而联运提单是船公司或其代理人最后，提单签发人的责任也不同：联合运输提单签发人对所有各个运程负责；而联运提单签发人只对第一运程负责，在后续运程中，提单签发人只是托运人的代理。如上述运输方式的组成变成任意多种方式的组成，则联合运输提单就推广成为多式联运单据
