摘要

中国作为水果生产的大国,具有很高的水果生产量,但是受我国国情的影响,小户果农的基数占主导地位,大多由小型果农基地进行水果种植。由于这些小型果农的种植规模小,他们在水果采摘后,对水果的商业化处理相对简单,有些果农甚至都不进行处理,直接进入市场销售,这直接造成了经济损失,并且影响中国水果市场。随着时代的进步,果农也开始重视水果的优化处理,来提高水果本身的商品附加价值。所以本设计的目的就是设计一款小型水果分选机,能够满足果农需求,具有市场竞争力。

本文主要介绍了水果分选技术在中国水果农业中存在的目的和意义。同时,也通过对水果分选技术的学习,简要介绍了国内外水果分选机的发展。并以国内外当前的技术为指导,国内外水果分选技术开发市场为技术依托的前提下,设计了一款小型的滚杠式水果分选机。本设计主要以龙眼为研究对象之一,来进行结构计算和数据分析,对其进行大小的分选。主要完成上料机构部分、分级机构部分的设计及计算,包括方案的论证、传动结构、分级部分链条、链轮轴及其他主要零部件的设计及计算。

Abstract

China, as a large country in fruit production, has a high fruit production volume, but due to the influence of China's national conditions, the base of small-scale fruit farmers dominates, and most small-scale fruit farmers base for fruit cultivation. Due to the small planting scale of these small fruit farmers, after fruit picking, the commercial processing of the fruit is relatively simple, and some fruit farmers do not even deal with it and enter the market directly, which directly causes economic losses and affects the Chinese fruit market. With the progress of the times, fruit farmers have also begun to pay attention to the optimization of fruit to improve the added value of the fruit itself. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to design a small fruit sorting machine that can meet the needs of fruit farmers and has market competitiveness.

This article mainly introduces the purpose and significance of fruit sorting technology in Chinese fruit agriculture. At the same time, through the study of fruit sorting technology, a brief introduction to the development of fruit sorting machines at home and abroad. With the guidance of the current technology at home and abroad, and the domestic and foreign fruit sorting technology development market as the technical support, a small roller-type fruit sorting machine was designed. This design mainly takes longan as one of the research objects to carry out structural calculation and data analysis, and to sort it by size.
