The usage of machine

This machine is used for chinese,western medicine coat sugar and film,it is integrated strong current,weak current,hydralic pressure,phneumatic in one.And it is a new equipment reform from ordinary sugar coating machine.It is mainly include master(former sugar coating machine),controlled room temperature air system,spray system for automatic feed supply etc.The main motor can be ajusted the speed of the variable frequency,it use the high spray gun to spray to the medicine surface through electric self-control,the medicine moved in trail continuously and complicated in the coating pot,and make the coating liquid spread evenly on the tablet core,there is constant temperature hot wind to make the tablet dry,and make the surface of tablet form a film which is strong, fine,intact and smooth.

This machine with simple,easy operation,smooth surface,bright,fine and accessories saving,easy repair etc advantage,it is the ideal equipment for coating.

Working principle

The pot body rotate clockwise,and the speed can be adjusted by the inverter,the spray gun spray the coating liquid on the tablet in the pot,and make the spray evenly and the tablet tosse

evenly in the pot,and the hot wind flow to the pot toremove the mosit and get the qualified tablet.

The best logistic curve formed by the reasonable control,stable line speed and the fixed deflector to meet the artifical requirement of the film coating.

Rotating principle

The main motor rotate through texrope,the reduced speed of the worm and worm wheel can make the pot body rotate reasonable,stable and self-lock.

The main motor is installed at the back long slot adjustable motor board of the

machine body,easy for adjust.

Deceleration device and lubrication

The pot body and tray can be installed at the external part of the pan whell axle,the fixed bolt of the tray axisfootpath make the dismantle easy,rotate the middle handle wheel of machine body through lead screw nut,make the hanging foot drive the speed-reducing box rotate along the worm center,so can adjust the α.The best elevation is 30°.

There is tapered roller bearing at the both sides of worm axis to make the machine to bear the axial force, radial force,and to prolong the life expectancy of the machine.
