BYC(A)荸荠式包衣机系列用途及特点：本机是对中、西药片片芯外表进行糖衣、薄膜等包衣的设备，是集强电、弱电、液压、气动于一体化，将原普通型糖衣机改造的新型设备。

主要由主机（原糖衣机）、可控常温热风系统、自动供液供气的喷雾系统等部分组成。

主电机可变频调速，它是用电器自动控制的办法将包衣辅料用高雾化喷枪喷到药片表面上，同时药片在包衣锅内作连续复杂的轨迹运动，使包衣液均匀地包在药片的片芯上，锅内有可控常温热风对药片同时进行干燥，使片药表面快速形成坚固、细密、完整、圆滑的表面薄膜。

自动供液车具备对温度要求较高的包衣液进行加热保温，且温度可调控。

桶内衬保温岩棉，即便加热到80-90℃，桶外壁亦能保持常温。

供液车配备蠕动泵和双两位三通电磁阀，可供两把大口径喷枪同时工作。

供液车装有气动搅拌马达，可对包衣液进行不间断搅拌，且搅拌速度可调。

供液车底部装有万向轮，可随意移动。

1、BY-400小型薄膜包衣机本机是对中、西药片片芯外表进行糖衣、薄膜等包衣的设备，是集强电、弱电、液压、气动于一体化，将原普通型糖衣机改造的新型设备。

主要由主机（原糖衣机）、可控常温热风系统、自动供液供气的喷雾系统等部分组成。

包衣抛光后的包衣片，其有色泽光亮的表面，其表层糖粉结晶后所产生完整的固结包层，亦可防止药片芯片氧化变质、受潮或挥发，又可隐盖芯片服用不适之味，达到药片便于识别及援和在人体肠胃中的溶释等作用。

工作原理和结构特征1、工作原理为使芯片尽快地在其表层均匀涂包衣结晶，并达到抛光目的，就必须用手工操作对锅内芯片分次喷复糖浆+混浆件，通过锅体顺时针旋转，使糖衣片在锅内翻滚，滑移摩擦研磨，使其在全部芯片上均匀分布，同时向锅内通以热风，除去片剂表层水分，最后得到合格的糖包衣芯片。

本机是为此包衣工艺提供最佳锅体，以稳定的线速度保证片剂在锅内形成最佳物流曲线，以满足其糖衣层厚薄均匀、色泽光亮、不发生麻点的工艺要求。

2、结构特征：①机器的运动本机系单向低速连续旋转的包衣设备，主电机调速通过减速机带动锅体旋转。
