• 2014年5月28日,山东某木工机械生产 厂家与美国一个进口商签订了89套木工 机械的出口合同,合同规定采用即期信 用证成交,进口商应在合同签订以后15 天以内开立以生产商为受益人的不可撤 销即期信用证。
• 木工机械外销合同支付条款 • Payment : It is paid by irrevocable
L/C at sight. The buyer shall have the covering letter of credit reach the Seller 15 days after the contract signed, failing which the Seller reserves the right to rescind without further notice, or to lodge a claim for losses thus sustained, if any.
