【摘要】目的：探讨和分析立体定向下血肿穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血的

效果。方法：将我院2018年6月-2019年5月收治的110例高血压脑出血患者作

为研究对象，通过随机方式分为对照组与观察组各55例。对照组实行常规的开

颅手术治疗，观察组在此基础上进行立体定向下血肿穿刺引流术治疗，对比两组

患者临床血肿减少量、神经功能缺损程度、治疗有效率，对立体定向下血肿穿刺

引流术治疗的应用价值予以客观评价。结果：观察组高血压脑出血患者血肿减少

量为（38.30±9.11）mL，对照组高血压脑出血患者血肿减少量为（5.45±2.26）mL，观察组高血压脑出血患者血肿减少量显著多于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组

患者神经功能缺损程度低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组高血压脑出血患者治疗

有效率高于对照组。结论：在对高血压脑出血的救治中,立体定向下血肿穿刺引

流术具有术中的创伤小、恢复较快可以缩短患者住院时间、治疗效果显著的优点。值得临床推广应用。

Effect of stereotactic hematoma puncture and drainage in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate and analyze the effect of stereotactic hematoma puncture and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: 110 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects, and randomly pided into control group and observation group, with 55 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional craniotomy, and the observation group was treated with stereotaxic hematoma puncture

and drainage on this basis. The reduction of clinical hematoma, the degree of nerve function defect and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups, so as to objectively evaluate the application value of stereotaxic hematoma puncture and drainage.Results: The reduction of hematoma in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the observation group was (38.30±9.11) mL, and that in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the control group was (5.45±2.26) mL. The reduction of hematoma in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The degree of neurological impairment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The effective rate of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion: In the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, stereotactic hematoma puncture and drainage has the advantages of less intraoperative trauma, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay and significant therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.

前言：高血压脑出血是急性脑血管疾病中最为严重的一种疾病，在实际临床

中高血压脑出血经常显示的是血量多、进展快、病亡率高的特征，如果不能够做

到及时救治、或者治疗手法失误，性命都会受到威胁。以往的开颅手术虽然可
